You Know Your Crazy When
 
DH brings you home a car to test drive and your major concern is if the dogs car seat will work in it!! :D. Both DH and my son stared at me with their mouths hanging open! Then my darling son said "really?! Are you kidding?" The car didn't work out for us. Haha. DH said I was officially a crazy Yorkie woman! Any more crazy Yorkie women out there?? :D

My mum & dad were enticed, with advertisements of free give-aways, into going to a "super all-time low, once a year car sale" (you know the kind of place that actually holds this event, ever other week...:rolleyes:)

Well, neither of them needs a new car, but I do, so they thought they'd look for me.... The sales guy asked what they were looking for and my mum rattled off my must have features, and then said, oh...and it needs to either automatically shut-off the passenger airbag, so ZoE's car seat can go in there. "is ZoE your grand-daughter? No, our grand-dog." My mum said "it was all eyes after that"...I'm like what???? All eyes??? She said, yeah, the sales guy's eyebrows raised & his eyes looked down & your dad's eyes rolled.

Dad got her out of there right after that & said I can go look for my own da#m car!!! :D

So, yep...definately yorkie crazy lady here :)

Taylor that is exactly how I feel about my girls. They have blessed my life so much. It's my goal to make them as happy as they make me. Mikki loves riding in the car so her car seat working is a very important thing to me. Sounds like you understand completely!

Yes, that would be me, and my hubby! My mother in law was visiting, and was surprised when I rinsed off Ian's blueberries before giving them to him. She was also surprised that he loved blueberries!

HAHA, soooo true! It's ALL about the dog(s) for sure! I have a rule: If I have to explain it (the craziness/obsession), then they'll never get it anyway, so I don't bother. :p

Reminds me of the current Subaru ad campain with dogs test driving the cars. Says something like, "once you sit in one, you'll stay". So cute.

You're definitely not the only one! :D

Lol yall are funny and I can relate. I am looking for a new car and people keep saying a coupe would be good for me. I am like nooooo because I am not struggling to get the dogs (that I don't have yet) car seat in and out and including him. Silence... they make car seats for dogs, why? I've made excuses already for a dog I'm getting this week. I can't go to a music festival because he might be getting shots and I don't know how he is going to feel the next day. I can't go to the movies because I just got him and I don't know how he will act. I can go for wine tasting for obvious reasons and I would need a dog sitter and I actually really don't want to leave him anyway. Lol. Yup I'm crazy.

This post reminds me of the Duck Dynasty episode where they bought a new sofa and the dogs did not like it. Miss Kay was concerned that the dogs did not jump on it and Willie said who cares what the dogs want and Miss Kay said they live here too. Phil said the dogs don't like it, we will keep the old sofa and they gave the new one to their son.

Tired of the re-runs, new season starts in March.

Just friday I was showing off some new clothes/hats I got the girls on etsy- I then started to complain how I HAVE to get my hair cut soon as it literally has been a year since I have had it cut...mind you I used to do the cut/color every 8 weeks. We got to talking R n R again and I was like oh crap the girls are due to hit the Spaw-lour again. My co-workers burst out laughing...In that year since I've not had a haircut R n R will be going on their 4th trip for cuts and beauty time. :)

My students only think I'm a little crazy! Most of the girls think my babies are adorable. One of the football players on the HS team asked to hold Mikki one day. I have a picture of this huge linebacker holding my 4 lb yorke. Cutest thing ever!!
