Am I being too pushy??? Ok, so Monday night my potential baby's mama was about to have her puppies soon...as of Tuesday at around 4 o'clock there were no puppies yet. The breeder said she would let me know when they were born. So my question is - how long do I wait before contacting her again?? It IS Christmas time, and this woman does have a life...should I just leave her alone?? I'm just so anxious to find out if I'm going to be a mommy again! |
Did you put a deposit down yet or were you waiting for the puppies to be born first? Did she tell you that she was going to call as soon as the puppies were born? Wait until maybe the day after Christmas and try again. I was going through a similar situation. She had a litter due Dec 6th and another on the 9th. She told us she was going to call when they were born. By Dec. 10th, still no call back. So, my mom called again. She said they were running late. We waited nearly 2 weeks and still no phone call. We were tired of being left hanging, so my dad called again yesterday. And she said sorry none of the puppies made it. So, I am still searching for my little girl once again. Good luck! I know your little girl is just taking her time making her grand entrance into this world! She may be a Christmas Baby! Any names picked out yet? |

Keep us updated! Can't wait to see pictures! If you worked with this breeder before, I am positive you will get a phone call soon! She is probably just extremly busy with caring for a new litter and Christmas. And some puppies run late just like a human baby. Not all come on their due date. I know the waiting is very hard when you are so excited! I am sure there will be at least 1 female in the litter. Are you first on the waiting list for a female? |

Maybe you could email her. Just tell her that you are so anxious to know that you can hardly stand it! I'm sure she'll understand. & if you contact her by email, your not bothering her because obviously if she's checking it, she's got some time on her hands. ;) |
What is the latest? Has the breeder called you back to let you know the puppies have been born? Is there a girl in the litter for you? Keep us updated! |
