Dream Coat Have you ever heard of this supplement? Was told it makes a Yorkies coat very healthy and gorgeous. I looked at it but was wondering if anyone knew about it. I use BalanceIt. Is this a different type of supplement? |
Is that the Halo supplement? If so, I started Luma on it around 4 months ago and I honestly believe it's why her skin has improved so much. It was so dry before! Her hair is very shiny too. |

I use Halo Dream Coat for my 2 pups. I have a little Morkie rescue & her coat was just depressing when I brought her home. I honestly don't know if it's because she's eating better food now - or if it's the Dream Coat. But her coat has improved TREMENDOUSLY. Even her coat texture has become smooth & silky. It was rough & brittle when I first got her. My Yorkie has a silky coat anyway, so you can't really see the dramatic difference with him. But his coat is definitely healthy, silky, sooo shiny & it's very rare that I find a mat on him. I just love watching the light bounce off his coat when he trots around :p I put 1/4 tsp in their morning meal. One jar has lasted me months. There's no scent or odor, so it's easy to mix with food. I would recommend it. It's an oil - not a powder. I'm not sure if you were asking about that? |
Glad you started this thread Rhonda. I had never heard of DreamCoat. I did a quick read over on reviews on Amazon...lots of people are saying it helped with allergies. I am going to buy this for Jada. Spring is coming up and I hope this will help her.' edit to add..I see it contains garlic oil...I am sure it is safe, but isn't garlic a no no?? |

If I recall correctly, there were a few exhibitors here who said they loved it. However, I agree with an old post from Wylie's Mom about potential allergens like wheatgerm and other ingredients. Something to consider. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/1787271-post9.html |
