So as some of you know, I have been working on some really cute sweaters for our members here. Well, since I have 4 cats here in my home, it seems that I am constantly being interrupted. Either they are pulling at the wool or trying to lay on the finished or almost finished products. So, since they liked rolling themselves in themselves in the tree skirt I made this year, I decided to make them their own blanket. Hopefully this will keep them happy for a while and I can get back to working on the sweaters. I promise Katie Scarlett, your sweater will be finished in the next day or two. ;)

Oh my, I bet your kitties adore their new quilt! It's beautiful! You are very talented with your "needles". I can't knit worth a dime and too much of the "arthur" to crochet any more. If you are making sweaters for other Yt'ers you are certainly a blessing. Great job!!

Thanks. Now, if Wallee will cut me some slack sometimes I will get some sweaters done. Dang this little guy, a bundle of demanding energy. I am going to get his bortadello shot so he can go to daycare once in a while and burn off his energy playing with other dogs while mommy gets some stuff done around here.

I hear you about missing your yorkie. Its a different kind of furry love you get from your kitties. I love when they come and cuddle with their little purr machines running. That is very comforting always. Your little kitten is cute by he way. I am sure he or she will show you much love as well.

I so agree. I have kitties too. I have one that comes makes muffins ( kneading), purrs and nurses. . . . He is 12.5 years old lol. I have one that thinks they are a dog. Fetches and tail wags. lol

Yeah we have 2 fluffy pants and 2 short hairs..I bet you don't miss all the hair.;)

Thanks Aymee. Your sweater is on its way. Not sure how long it will take as the harness Denise sent me took 3 weeks. Hopefully quicker than that. I can't wait to see if it fits. With the ruffle at the bottom it is a tiny bit longer but I think the ruffle will just turn up and look pretty.

Actually I found my long hair had (as I called them) little tumble weeds. Then my short hairs that just went everywhere. But also Moon Shadow did love to be brushed and dripping water. He would jump on the sink in the bathroom for drippies and I would brush him. Every time I went in the bathroom lol. He was the best groomed cat lmao

Yeah, as I said earlier, I live in a zoo. You are right about tge hair though, the short haired are much worse. As for the drippies, what is that with their fascination with water? I even have one who sits on the side of the tub when you have a bath and drinks the water.
