Sleeping on the wrong side of the bed For 49 years I've have been sleeping on the right side of the bed. It didn't matter if I was single or in a relationship, the right side of the bed was my side of the bed. After sleeping happily on the left side of the bed for 5 yrs, Brandi has decided she rather sleep on the right side. So guess who sleeps on the left side of the bed now? Me that's who. No one has ever been able to get me to give up that side of the bed. Along comes this 5lb walking furball and whatever she wants she gets. :p So now not only do I have to wake up in the middle of the night to lift her back up into bed when she goes potty (she has steps....but she has me trained very well), now I have to give up my side of the bed. |

So funny! My dd stayed with my dogs a while back. She said mom...how do you sleep? They hog the bed, bark to get back on if they get off to get a drink of water or to use the potty pad.... I have to be careful I don't roll over on them ...I just smiled and said one day whey have your pack you will understand |
Tee hee! I can imagine! Katie Scarlett, although not even 5 pounds, she has the rule of the roost. She pushes her way to wherever she wants in our bed. How is that these little guys can get their way whenever they want?!!! ;) |
Who says looks can't get you what you want. All she has to do is bat those teddy bear eyes and I melt. Brandi's is really good she really doesn't have any discipline problems, so I don't mind spoiling her plus she has had a tough early life. I pretty much almost always give in to whatever she wants especially now that she is almost 13. |
True love! I am up many times during the night with my crew and it's just a way of life. Makes it hard to get someone to watch them if I ever wanted to go on vacation. lol |
Lol! This is too funny. These little adorable pups have us wrapped around their little paws :animal-pa. My two hog my bed and if I tried to roll over (on the opposite side of them) i'd fall off the bed! I try to sleep closer & closer to the center but I always find myself on the edge of the bed. :p |
She has you wrapped around her paw, that's for sure! I can so relate. I can't tell you how many times, I have not been able to change positions in the middle of the night so I can get comfy and fall back to sleep. She is right there between my legs so as long as she's sleeping soundly...... LOL they are so funny and we are all so whipped |

LOL - I can relate - although they have not made me change sides of the bed - when looking at the bed from the foot of the bed, I sleep on the right side also but my two sleep in the middle between hubby and me and I somehow end up at the edge of the bed usually without blankets...:p |
