Oh how interesting..... Seems like she can see well enough to buy a new puppy and train it.

BTW I looked up what exactly is "legally blind". It is even after wearing corrective lenses or glasses that you cannot achieve 20/20, but rather 20/200 or worse. I think that means that what a person with 20/20 vision can see at 200 ft, a legally blind person could only see it at 20 ft.

My vision is so bad that there is only one stronger rx of corrective lenses above the one I wear. -11.5, and my eye doctor told me -12 is the strongest. If my vision gets worse, then there's nothing else I can do. Unless I can raise $16000 for surgery. :rolleyes:

I really can not remember. My friend has eye issues and will go blind if he doesn't get surgery and he is very poor and was able to get Oboma care free but he is having a hard time finding a surgeon who will take it to do the surgery. They have to cut a " trap door" in his eye. My dad also has a cb radio buddy he hangs out with a lot who is legally blind and he owns a tire and car fix it place, they had flooded really bad when we had bad flooding a few years ago and my parents went to help and my mom said he knew every tool by touch and there are still things he can work on mostly by using touch. He normally has his wife go every where with him to tell him like when there is a curb or hole or something but he feels comfortable enough to let my dad do it now.

I went and glanced at her sight. I thought this new baby was Tam's?? I thought that is what I read on there. But either way it's just so sad.

Let's sum this up she could not afforded anything one of the things being her eyes surgery yet she suddenly can afford a French bull dog! Hmmm how can she even have followers I mean it's all laid out right there. How can people seriously believe she's not scamming people for money?

Well...ya know....Misa is getting to be older now....she's what a whole year old and is pretty much full grown. She's not a puppy anymore. Out of curiosity, is this the first tiny yorkie she's kept into adulthood(meaning she didn't re home it or it didn't die)?

I was sort of wondering when a new puppy would be coming down the pipeline since Misa is grown up. Looks like she just needed to have another fundraiser to buy another dog.

I was a bit surprised that she didn't get a yorkie, but if you are gunning to have a dog as a star, you do seem to see a lot or french bulldogs in TV, film and ads nowdays.

She re-homed her "foster" chi ' s because she had to leave town to go get her eye surgery and couldn't take them with her. If those really were HER dogs,I'd venture to guess it gave her the perfect excuse to dump them to her sympathetic fans.

From what it looks like, the new pup belongs to someone else, someone named tamtam? She is just training him. Of course, that could just be a lie so people who "donated" money to her don't realized they just helped pay for a new puppy.

Brody is Tam's dog. I saw him pop up on her IG feed and was immediately sad :(

I am betting that the chi's didn't make her any money. With chi's overflowing all the punds and shelters, they aren't "special". And who takes on fosters and then rehomes them? Usually the problem is they end up foster failures! If they weren't really her's, a person in their right mind would not call them fosters! If she was just training them, why would anyone say they are fosters?

Just seems weird to me to call my room mate's dog brother to my dog. Unless of course they are life partners and not room mates, which is what I think. And I think she specifically uses the term "bf" to confuse. Boy friend or best friend? I even saw her use "DH" in a post before. I know she was not married at the time.

Could you please tell me who Misa's breeder was? I am looking for a puppy for our family and am looking for some good references. We have had such a horrible year losing my Doberman of 13 years to cancer, then my dad 10 days after that. Next my 11 year old Min Pin to kidney problems, and my 18 year old cat (that I have had 1/2 my life) is next because he has CRF. We really need some light brought back in our lives.

She will never tell you who she gets these tiny babies from. She keeps getting them and then something happens to them and they die. Her history with these little ones is very sad.

Hi Shannon. Minnie Misa's breeder is not something to aspire to. Hopefully someone will be able to provide you with references to good breeders in the Jacksonville, FL area. You might take a look at the Yorkshire Terrier Club of American for starters: Yorkshire Terrier Dog Breeders- Yorkie Puppies
