Checking in to see how little miss M's first night home went! Hope y'all got lots of sleep!!
| She slept well.. i however did not. lol i kept check on her to make sure she was all right which she was but im a nervous mama. :rolleyes: not a peep until the morning. and here are a few things that i've learned in our time together so far.
1. she's pee pad trained to do both number 1 and 2 :thumbup:
2.she doesn't mind clothing! or anything put on her. didnt freeze or bite at it, its like she's worn clothes all her life. lol :thumbup::thumbup:
3. She still has eyes like lilo and really looks at you when you talk to her. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
4. She's ok with the car! which was very surprising since we had such a long drive and i thought she'd get carsick. She was pretty quiet in the carrier too.
5. She runs like a mad woman when put on the floor and attacks all her toys and is definitely a climber. She tries to climb anything she can get paws on. but when you hold her she's an angel she doesn't move at all and rubs her head into your chest.
6. Shes very easy to take pictures of :) i am so happy about this one since we're starting her 1 pic a day blog today. She looks into the camera and holds still when you stay.
7. She eats like a champ. I've fed her 3 meals so far and theres no hesitation she licks the bowl clean. her belly is nice and round and soft and it makes her waddle when she walks lol
8. She reminds me so much of lilo... in so many ways. i could almost say its her soul in this little ones body but Misa is her own little ball of fire.
:) im excited to learn more today. i'm pretty sure she'll be easy to train which i'm so excited about it. the vet said shes happy, healthy, and a great little pup so far. no parasites in her fecal and she passed the ultrasound so that she has all her inside parts and they're the right size. shes off to a great start. |
