Clyde & Dexter Having Some Fun 3 Attachment(s) Today Clyde & Dexter got into a little mischief. I let them outside with me while my family and I were cleaning the backyard. The next thing I knew they had completely disappeared. I thought that they might have slipped through the back gate and I went into complete panic. I immediately started calling out their names when all of the sudden I see their tiny heads pop up from behind some rocks we have in our yard. I went back to investigate what they were doing back there. They were digging holes!! Haha. They seemed so absolutely proud of themselves ... almost as if they were saying "Mommy, look what we did" ... I <3 their matching collars. Anyone else have a "scare" story they'd like to share? (thinking your pup might have gotten out of the house only to find they are actually doing something goofy) I can't believe that I have almost had Dexter for two months now. He is so absolutely sweet and adorable. If you look at older photos of Dexter you will probably notice he was super fluffy! I had to shave his hair really short =( ... I took him to the groomers and they absolutely butchered him. I had to fix the mess myself. The only cut I know how to give is the mixture of a Scottish terrier cut and the puppy cut. I think he still looks cute, but I can't wait for his hair to grow back out. |
Love the pics. The last one looks like . . . He did it lol |
What funny boys! They definitely do look pretty proud of themselves :p |
Look at them dig! Mine love to dig, too. I'm constantly following both around the yard saying, "no digging". My bigger dog will sort of "hmmph" and walk on..til the next dig attempt lol |
To cute! I bet when there little heads popped up it was just precious! |

Omg, they are so cute! I think they enjoy giving us heart attacks! Haha I bet they were saying "Hurry, she's coming! Put the rocks over the hole!" I panic all the time thinking joel is gone even when he's right in the middle of the yard or just burried in snow, lol |
LOL love it! What cuties! |
LOL...I love the pix! They are sooo like "Whut?" LOL Mine LOVE to dig, too...they also push each other into the hole..."King of the Hole"...lol They certainly know how to get dirty and entertain themselves outside. I am glad they didn't find a way to escape, but you know...you do get the feeling they HID so they could dig without drawing attention to themselves right away. Yorkshire Schemer Terrorists...LOVE'EM!!! :D |
My scary story was in the middle (around 2 am) of the night I hear Brandi barking. I wake up and notice she is not in bed with me. I immediately jump out of bed calling her name but no answer. I searched the whole house looking for her. I live in a 3 story townhome and I went up and down those steps at least 10 times looking for her. I am calling her but she isn't answering. Now I'm in panic mode. I stand in the middle of the living thinking where the h*ll could she be. Than I started thinking someone broke in the house and stole her but all the doors were locked and the windows were locked and not broken. Now I am starting to think I have a freakin ghost in the house, then I was like is she in the walls?? I was really freaking out until I remembered that she likes to go into the powder room where the litter box is and to try to get kitty treats. Well this one time, for some strange reason, the door closed and she locked herself in. Little stinker only barked a few times, that is why I couldn't find her. And that is my scary story of the day. |

I'm glad that nobody stole her! That sounds like it might be difficult to find her in a three story town house. Haha. You could be going to look upstairs for her while she is going downstairs =) I'm glad you found her and she is alright. Funny how she only gave you one warning bark as if to say "I want her to know that I am trapped in here, but I also want time to try and find some kitty treats". |
they are just too cute and i love their names :) |
