What a team they are! I tried, but to no avail, to get the new toy from Maddie to put it up for a while and when my individual efforts didn't work I called my husband in for back up. I had just given him a bowl of mixed berry fruit crisp with whipped cream on top so he pretended like he wanted to share it with Maddie and called her over. She dropped the toy like a hot rock and jumped up on the arm of his chair...and that's where it all went wrong... As soon as I headed for the toy Moo spotted me and seemingly in some sort of twisted mental telepathy between them she made a dash for the toy, snatched it up, handed it right back to Maddie and they both stood there eyeing my husband's fruit crisp...and yes, Maddie had the toy in her mouth the whole time! I don't stand a chance with these two around... |
Omg. That is so funny. |
Moo's got Maddie's back. Too cute! |
Outwitted by a tag team... too funny! These littles are too smart! |
The breeder told me these two were bonded from birth and she wanted them to be able to stay together but I thought it was a sales pitch! We found out from day one that it wasn't...Moo has always had Maddie's back...they move alike, they sleep alike and they are definitely a team. We throw the toy for them...they both run for it, Moo gets it and hands it off to Maddie to bring to one of us and she hands it off so quick that most of the time you don't even see the switch! |
