Peeing on plastic bags
 
Do any of yours pee on plastic bags. I dont know what it is about them but if I leave them on the floor mine will pee on them and drat I left a couple in my laundry room going to clean it up now

Georgie always pees on plastic bags. When he was a puppy we would have to remember after shopping to put te plastic grocery bags in the bin or he would pee on it. Maybe there's a smell?

Mine have done this too! It's Couver that does it... He marks them. I wonder if they smell like potty pads? I just make sure to not leave any on the ground.

There has to be something because my cats will do it too and they are very good about going in there litter boxes

Haha!, Peek A Boo can't walk past one on a walk without peeing on it. In the house, they work better than PeePads!

Yup must be! We knew when someone left a plastic bag on the floor there would be pee. Strange though because our boxer didn't pee on plastic bags.

You should make pee pads lined with plastic bags and patented it:)

Haha! Yeah that would be good! He also goes into the bathroom and hikes his leg against the toilet... trying to figure out how to add a mini-urinal to it!

I don't blame you. When Georgie pees on plastic bags we blame ourselves for leaving it on the floor lol

Lol I thought mine was the only one that did that... It used to be the potty but now in the middle of the night instead of waking us he pee's in the shower. One one hand I want to punish him BUT on the other hand I much rather he do that then wake us up the we have to make sure paws are clean before we get back into bed lol
Now we have never had the plastic bag issue in our house.

too funny!! Remy pees on the bathroom matts. I don't fuss at her either, how can they tell the difference between peepee pads and bathroom matts?? Anyway... they ARE in the bathroom :rolleyes:

My male poodles do this. I think they are under the impression that its water proof so it isnt doing any damage. The pom likes to potty on my kitchen rugs. I just wash them and replace them regularly,she is almost 13yrs old. Im just thrilled she isnt peeing on my den rug.

Peek A Boo will be 16 in December.... I don't really care where he pees, I'm happy that he still can! Lol!

Laughing here ! My Yorkies pee on plastic bags too even the girls do ! Now all we need is a creative person to make pee-pads that are plastic bag smelly.

When Piccolo was a puppy, we were working on the house and had an area with wall to wall carpet, covered with plastic. She thought that was her spot! Guess it is a texture or preference thing. :)

I don't use any throw rugs, cause mine think they are new pee pads, and they all try them out :)

Wow a lot of pups love the plastic. I had a cat that loved plastic grocery bags. He would chew them. We called him bag chomper. In the middle of the night he would find a bag, I don't know where, and chomp chomp chomp
