don't know if this was intended as a hoax or not but it's not funny and can potentially lead to many pets getting hurt. I came across this and was shocked to read the message so I google it to see if it was real or not and happen upon this website and right now they are still unsure if its a hoax or not. just be careful and safe.

I am absolutely sickened. I can not believe people would do this. I hope if anyone is sick enough to do this they get arrested. This is just terrible I have no words for this. I would make sure the ASPCA knows about this because they may can get the word out there to be careful and watch your dogs better then we can.

If they will kill a pit bull on halloween they will kill cats or any pet on halloween.

Our spay/neuter clinic puts out a warning every yr not to leave pets out on Halloween

That is horrible. It is not pits that is the problem. It is their owners. Halloween is a time where there is a lot of black cat deaths.also.There is a warning to keep your black cats in a few days before and after Halloween. Because of superstitions they have a death sentence. It is a very sad. I can understand the stupidity of people.

I saw this on Facebook. Some people are disgusting. My pups will be contained in our bedroom while we have trick or treaters... You just never know what could happen.

hoax or not its plain sick. And what starts as a hoax only takes one nut to follow through and do it. Waffles will be a pirate girl this year INSIDE at my home and my moms, and MIl's they want to see her costume. LOL Need to get her to wear hat. Its been a fight

That's so gross. I've heard about that for years and even seen news stories on it and read articles about this really taking place! What beast can harm an innocent animal because of its color and because it's a little cat?????? What happens to so-called "people" around Halloween? Do some of them just take leave of their senses? I will never get what about Halloween makes killing animals acceptable among what reports say is mostly young males and how they can kill in the "spirit of the season" or whatever excuse they use.

You all noticed that it was posted under the same name as a politician...right? Its obviously meant to make them look like a monster. Regardless..these days I wouldnt put it past some ignorant kids to do something awful like this...its so sad. I've always hated scary movies like the SAW series because it could give some crazy person ideas!!! Ugh!

all it takes is an idiot or a few to make this hoax become a reality. all it takes now a days is for someone or something to plant a seed in some sicko's head to make headlines.
