Do you tease your pup I can't help it but occasionally I will tease Lola, today she was being lazy, sleeping in my office upstairs, I wanted to get the mail and bring in the trash cans so i wanted to take her out to potty at the same time. She does not always come when i call her down, so instead of going back up and bringing her down, I yelled Momma's going out and slammed the door to the garage and then hid in the pantry that was next to the door. In a min she was downstairs and pressed her nose to the crack of the door like she was so sad thinking oh darn she left me. I watched for a moment then yelled Momma's here, she jumped back so startled but then ran up to me all excited licking me like I had been gone all day. Please tell me I am not the only one that loves to tease their baby |
Oh no! I never tease the pups and don't allow anyone else to either. But we do play 'Hide and Seek'... lol!:D |

Yup...they tease me...seems fair! :teethysmi They tease the kitties, too. DH is FAR WORSE than me, though! :lol tears Oh, and did I mention that the kids (Brody and Mia) LOVE IT when we tease them? Yup...they do...and come back for more!!! In fact, Brody is very toy centric, was so much so that when we first got him, you really couldn't play with him AND HIS toy. Now, he will get a toy and hold it out to me to "taunt" me into playing tug with him. :yorkiesar |
Oh gosh, I have no greater fun in life than to tease Chloe! My favorite game is to get her playing chase with me and then when she runs around a corner out of sight (because she so darned much faster than I am!) I will hide from her. She's so cute when she's looking for me!! And always just absolutely thrilled when I pop out from behind a door or something. And when she's driving me a little nuts, pestering me to play, I will take her toy and play "Charlie Brown & Lucy" with her...like Lucy does with the football for Charlie Brown. She gets so aggravated at me! :0 Then when I finally do throw it, she will go play by herself! I'll also make all sorts of weird noises at her to drive her into a frenzy! She's hilarious when she does her little backwards rabbit hop or she'll jump backwards an swing her butt from side to side while still facing me. So adorable! -C |
We play a lot of "Chase Sophie Kate", she will grab something she shouldn't have and take off in a full run. Usually she sneaks a piece of paper off the coffee table and kind of casually walks by me with a "na na look what I have" attitude, when I get up to get it she takes off up the stairs, around the bed, behind the chair, out of the bedroom down the stairs into the dinning room (you get the hint). |
You are not the only one. Sometimes I'm a little stinker too.:p |

What I do to Joel is throw his toy and when he gets it I hide so when he turns i'm gone, it's funny but now when I throw it he knows to get me right away and ignore the toy, haha, oh and not sure if this counts as teasing but I did put a bonnet on him today and was laughing at him:D |
No, I would never tease Gracie but she will start a game of tease with me. She has three balls that are her very favorites. No one is allowed to touch them. But when she wants some attention she will come up to me with one of the balls in her mouth and want me to try to get it away from her. I'll reach for it and she will turn her head real quick (she thinks she's so smart) So I''ll play this for a few minutes and then grab one of her other favorite balls. She gets furious that I have it and drops the first one and comes charging at me to get the other one away from me. And so it goes. I throw the ball and when she goes to get it I'll grab the other one. It is so funny to see her trying to collect all her balls up. She turns her back on me and puts all three balls in front of her like she is protecting them. Well, she started it but I always let her win.;) |
