Yorkie clothes 411 New Yorkie owner here, wondering where I can buy some inexpensive clothes for my baby boy? Also, do they get soiled often from elimination? Gracias! |
HI. I've always found that places like PetSmart and PetCo have great clearance sales on their apparel. Granted it's a hit and miss, but we've found lots of fun items for Bailey. |
Also hit Homegoods, Marshalls, and TJ Maxx |

OP - Mom of 3 Dogs has the cutest clothes ever! For GREAT prices too. I've gotten lots of adorable stuff from her. |
Here is a link to members who have items for sale. * Featured Yorkie Products For Sale * - YorkieTalk.com Forums - Yorkshire Terrier Community You may be able to find what you are looking for there. There are several members here who sell beautiful hand made dresses and harness vests. Plus: As you are scrolling through and reading the post on threads look for links to members sites at the bottom of the post where their signature is. |
Boy clothes do get soiled if the underneath is too long better makers obf boys take this in consideration and cut the under side shorter. I have gotten some tshirts from target that werent and chachi gets pee on them but it does come out when you wash it |
Cheapest place to get clothes is ebay. I have a girl and she never pees or poos on them but my moms boy Sammy has to have all his shirts trimmed unless there custom made because he will accidentally pee on them. |

I have 2 boys & they can only wear clothing that has a measurement of up to 6" on the belly/bottom. Anything longer & it will get soiled. They measure 8" in length, so anything shorter than 2" from their top length from base of neck to base of tail would be good. |
rilysmom has lots of cute shirts @ 'dirt cheap' prices loll! http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...-over-4-a.html |
I love Ross and TJMAXX. Petco and Petsmart sometimes have some cute things. FunnyFur.com has always been a great place for me to look for both boy and girl things. |
We have found that Wal-Mart has a lot of cute stuff for cheap. Just make sure it's short enough on the tummy that he doesn't pee on them :) |
Thanks everyone! This will drive my husband crazy!!! Haha |

very cute, another place I don't think that was mentioned was Big Lots, I got some great faux fur coats there last year, they just had some cute rain slickers and often have Tshirts, I also got a really pretty Santa Dress for Lola there last year. You also need to check out the fashion forum here, lots of our gals sew and if they sell are reasonable, Southernbelle on here for one is very well priced and I bet you could get a custom made to fit harness vest for around $10.00. She sells through Etsy. Good luck and keep the pictures coming. |
OMG that is just toooo cute!! |

1. eBay 2. Marshall's 3. Ross My local Marshall's and Ross just recently stop carrying clothes :( but maybe you're lucky if your local store does. They were good quality and only $3-4!! |

You could always buy a machine and make them yourself. I was buying clothes for the 6 pack but it got to expensive so I got a machine, took a class and now I make all their clothes. Just a thought |
