How much have you spent on, or are you going to spend on Christmas this year? I was just wondering how much has everyone spent on Christmas this year, this is including all gifts, and all decor, you have bought this year. If you aren't done shopping yet, how much do you think you will spend before the Holidays are over? |
 Way Way Too Much!!!!!!!!! |

It's not my fault, lol. Things are just too expensive out there. :( Plus having kids, darn they get Christmas everyday. Then....The Yorkie Christmas is priceless. :D |

I spent 400.00 on my husband alone, Plus my mom and dad, his mom and dad, his step grandma, my brother in law and his girlfriend 3 or our closest couple friends, my Pastor and his wife, etc..... |
There'll be just grownups for our christmas eve, so no more than a 100 $ this christmas. But I spend time - three sundays passing out christmas baskets for the needy :) |
Christmas is crazy for us!!! In the month of December, we spend on average between 5-8 thousand dollars. That's for everything, presents, airline tix, decorations, parties, you name it. The month of December is a never ending money pit!!! |
Well I was going to say $200-$300 but now that you mention airline tickets...it's costing me almost $900 to fly out my sister and my newphews so that I can meet the new baby. Then of course we will go to Disney Land, Hollywood, Midevil times etc. As for presents for my son and my 3 nephews we decided they would rather have lots of small presents instead of a few big presents. I just got out of the navy so it's been Wal-mart, Big Lots, and the dollar store for me. So I guess more is less in this case as in more presents for less money. Big things would cost a fortune to ship anyways. It also makes unwrapping longer, which is more fun :) I also did go out on Black Friday (I stood in line at WAL-MART for the first time ever!) The line wrapped around the store. But I got alot of cool presents like Barbies, light sabers, and cabage patch dolls for only $5. |
Definately #6. |

Wow .. I would put myself in the 6+ catagory .. I think i spent close to 1500.00  and still have to get My BF a digital Camera with printer and a gift card ... Happy Holidays Everyone :) |
I will probably spend $500 or less this year. And most of that is for my hubby. I posted before that he is very ill and this will probably be our last Christmas with him, so the boys and I are trying to make it extra special. The boys actually said not to get them anything and let them spend more on their dad. Of course he is getting things to make his life easier and more enjoyable. Electric razor, warming throw and a dvr so that he can tape the programs that he likes when he has to go to bed and can't watch them. Of course the boys are going to have stuff to open, and we always go shopping the day after Christmas with my Mom so will make sure they have a little money to spend. This year more than any is more about spending time with the ones you love and not how many presents we can buy. |
#6x6 BUT...we have 8 employees that we buy for too.....and I always tend to buy WAY to much...my wife yells at me every year!! It really is role reversal in our house ;) , but I love to see peoples faces when they open gifts..... |
I say #6!!!! Or if you had a # 10!!! that would be closer to it!! heheh! |
#6  |
