Is there anything in the world like a yorkie? I don't think so!! I have had my Tucker now for almost five years. I love and adore him as does everyone else. He's been with me through infertility and divorce. He's my little guy that goes with me everywhere and is sitting curled up in my lap as I type this :) |
nope im pretty sure theres not unless you get 2 Yorkies ! :D thats just more to love. |
I don't think there is!! |
Not that I know of. :) |
Ditto!:):):):) |
Well i have 2 other dogs that are "not" yorkies and I love them of course but i must agree that YORKIES are quite UNIQUE..... |
Nope nothing close. I have had Rosie for four years and Mikki for one year. I can't imagine what I would have missed if I had not gotten them. They are my babies who give me such sweet yorkie love! :) |
1 Attachment(s) Nothing exactly like a Yorkie, but my little Yorkie-Poo was 'all Yorkie' in personality, and I had a tiny gorgeous blue/(cream)tan/white dilute calico kitty who was as amazing and personable...and very 'un-cat-like'...as 'thinking entity'...as my Yorkies are and my Yorkie-Poo was, so I'd have to say that it is the 'being within' that makes the Yorkie or other 'creature' as special to us as they are. Her personality is exactly as she appears in the attached photograph of her natural pose. |
Is there anything in the world like a Yorkie ? The closest comparison I can think of, is a two year old child with the wisdom of a very old soul. |
There is nothing better than a yorkie!! :D:D:D |
No I don't think there is, there is also nothing like my peke either. I love them both and they have such different personalities. Yorkies and Pekes, you gotta love them, well I sure do. |
I would say skin babies, but they grow and get whiny and start asking for money and car keys. Ummmm...the yorkies are the best. I'm safe saying this on here especially since no one in my family goes here. I just got a grandson Fri. LOL Yorkies are tops. LOL |
I have six dogs between the ages of 10 years and 18 weeks, 2 Chihuahuas, 2 Japanese Chins, 1 mutt and last but not least, Zachary, my only Yorkie. Each is unique. Zachary is quickly becoming my favorite. He is so different from the others. Chins have always been my favorite breed but this little Biewer Yorkie is catching up. He goes with my husband and I in the truck every time we go out and one of us will stay in the vehicle. He lays in his little car seat so cute. Louise |
chester is the love of my life, I cant wait to see him every time I come home from work |

No, there is just really nothing like a Yorkie. Combine a spunky "attitude" with a beautiful spirit, canny ability to adapt to human wants & needs, adorable eye-candy appearance & all the fun of a carnival and you have a Yorkshire Terrier. I'm sold on the breed & could have a houseful. My Tibbe is the perfect buddy for me! ♥♥♥ |
Haha, there definitely is not! I work part time at a kennel/boarding facility and adore each yorkie I have met. They're the one breed who is always so sweet and full of personality. They all have their own ways of behaving and I love them all. I was never a small dog person until I got Rhia, my yorkie. Even after four years together she still surprises me with her little quirks and new things. :) |
A Yorkie mix is like a Yorkie...but not completely.**winks** |
We have a yorkie, a shorkie, and two shih tzus and I have to admit that our yorkie is a little bit better but I have to say all of our dogs are the most adorable lovable babies in the world |
NOTHING.... cedric was my first official yorkie and im addicted to his personality! i dont think ill ever have anything but a yorkie now. they are like small children who as stated above do not ask me for money or need a car or ever leave home. lol my two have stolen my heart and i cannot wait to give them love and kisses every morning when i wake up with them right next to me. i just love them both deeply. |
I agree, there is nothing better than a yorkie :D |
