Oh what a darling! Shopping for them is so much fun. Time to hit Etsy and EBay. Angel has so many clothes I hide them from others and even though Margaux is only 9 weeks she has a bunch for now and some for when she grows. The breeder had planned on keeping Margaux but after a visit she said that it was so obvious that she belonged to me she had changed her mind and decided to let me have her :). As to names, I vote Lyric. I think that is just lovely :lovewings |

She is so cute. I'm soooooo jealous. I was going to get another yorkie but I ended up with a shih tzu. We have 1 yorkie named Zach who I love with all my heart which was the reason we were going for a yorkie, but when we saw Basil we fell in love with him. He was so cute. Now he's a spoiled brat. Right now we are up to the limit on dogs so I have to restrain myself from looking for dogs. btw we also have a shorkie (yorkie and shih tzu). We rescued Oliver about a year and a half ago when somebody left a litter of puppies in back of our drug store. Oliver is also a shih tzu. But I really love yorkies. I don't know how got off the yorkie track but somehow we did. Well good luck with your new baby whatever named you decide. |
Awwwwwwwww..what an adorable little girl!! I sometimes wait till we get the puppy home until we pick a name because the name "comes to you" once you get them in your own house and you get to observe them a while. Zachary was Elvis when we left the breeder but by the time we got home, it was Zachary. This is the first time the dog got a name that soon. Louise |
What a sweetie! I bet she misses you, too! I had picked out the name Jaeger before we went and saw them, but I didn't really think we'd STICK with the name, because sometimes they name themselves. There were 5 pups, and they all came and said hi at one point, but Jaeger kept coming back to me and was so spunky and outgoing compared to the rest. I didn't pick the pup to match the name, but it did suit him so we kept it. I now think the name found me, and it was meant for this pup alone....I always wanted to train a therapy dog, and he loves kids, soldiers, and people in general. He knows when people are sick and will curl right up at their side or on our chests. He's the right dog for us. I truly think pups know us from the inside out, and they choose where they want to go. |
