My new Peanut! 3 Attachment(s) :D Well not new, but new looking! Hehe DH and I picked him up last night from the groomer and then we went right over to my MoM's to drop him off until MONDAY!!!! DH and I will be going to AZ to the River, to hang out with his nephews. I am not going to lie, I HAVE no idea how I am going to get through this... I know I must sound crazy, but I miss Peanut soooooo much!! My morning routine was nothing without him this morning. It was so hard to leave him last night, he knew something was up bc we had his crate there and we were setting up, then I started to kiss on him and told him to be a good boy for Grammy, he gave me that LOOK!! The picture of him laying on the leopard blanket is a pic my Mom sent me, she said he was looking out of the window for me... :eyetearss I hate to say it, but I hope Monday comes fast and I will be next to my baby! |
I am going to Ohio next week to visit my kids my twin sister has a yorkie named Molly so I am going to be leaving Dolly with her, I have not left yet and and already know its going to be a long five days |

I think the hardest part is LEAVING them, they give you that look and it hurts! |
Oh my goodness, he looks so freshly groomed. Adorable! I know what you mean about separating. I'll be doing that in July with my new baby girl, Lucy. I'm already worried about it. Even though he looks so serious in the pictures, he'll be overjoyed when he sees you again and all the time apart will be forgotten! I actually think it's good for a dog to be able to handle temporary separations. It's also great that you have your mom sitting for you!! That's very fortunate. I hope my mom's willing to do that one day too. Anyway, your baby is fine! He'll be jumping up and down as soon as you walk in the door! Maybe even a little excitement pee. All good. Best wishes, Tracey |
Awwwww |
Such an adorable doggie! And you're not crazy! I miss my pup so much when I have to go to work or even when I'm out of the house for a few hours! Peanut will be so happy to see you at the end of the weekend! |
I think it is harder on us then it is for them, I am sure your mom will take excellent care of Peanut. But, I totally understand how you feel. When i lived in a tiny town we always had to go grocerty shoppin a hour away, All I thought about was my little dogs, All the time . Your not crazy you just love your baby so much and are use to your routine with him. He will be so excited to see you when you come home , try to have a fun trip, hopefully your going to be busy enough that is will be less harder on you. |
awwwwwwww he looks so cute. I would miss the heck out of him too. |
I am already having separation anxiety because we will be leaving Miki for about 10 days the end of July. A dear friend, that Miki adores, will be watching her while we are gone. I already warned my friend that I WILL be calling and asking her to put the phone by Miki's ear! A part of me is excited about going to Sturgis for the first time, another part of me is dreading the time away from our "baby"! I sure hope she will be as excited to see us as we will be to see her when we get back!!! |
Well I've had Kaji for 10 days now, and his mommy should be back today. He was a nervous wreck for the first day or so then after that he was fine. He follows me everywhere. His uncle came to visit him and Kaji didn't really seem to impressed LOL. I have to leave Uni for about 4-5 days in Sept, but this is something we do every year for business. She stays with gma and she loves her, and Uni is so independent I doubt she really cares LOL. But the first time we left her, we had back to back conventions to go to and were gone for almost 2 weeks. She looked so confused when we finally came home. She just looked at us from the couch with her ears way down but her tail was going crazy, like she wasn't sure if it really was us or just her imagination. Gma said the first few days everytime a car drove by she'd run to the door only to be disappointed. then eventually she stopped. This was when she was a puppy. She's not so clingy anymore. |
Pnut looks REALLY adorable. His little face cut is super cute. Good luck. I HATE leaving Jackson. I've done it semi frequently throughout his life, just for small things (mostly one to two nighters) but I absolutely hate it! |
1 Attachment(s) I've had my Yorkie Lily for one month (she's 12 weeks olds now) and I had to leave her for a night and most of the following day so I was without her for 24 hours. It was horrible b/c I missed her soooo much. Here's a picture of her last night. |
