Now...that is one great job! Poor baby, I wouldn't have left him there either being so scared. Home grooming is a good thing:thumbup: |

i just couldn't leave him at the groomer. he is a total mamas boy :D |
Well done he looks great. Hope I do as good a job on my girls. I bought a yorkie grooming DVD too but the way she handled the poor puppy was awful to watch. I couldn't bear it. It nearly put me off trying with mine but the thought of someone else doing that to them made my blood boil. It was like abuse! Hope your DVD is better than my horror show :2omg:Anyway looks like you manage pretty well on your own:bravo::bravo: |

THANKS SO MUCH.. THIS IS THE DVD I ORDERED. IT SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD ONE. HOPE IT IS. Amazon.com: Grooming Yorkshire Terriers: Wizards Of Paws, Greg Kellas: Movies & TV |
very nice!! he looks even more dashing now!! good job. |
Congratulations!!!! You are soooooooooo brave. I want to do my own grooming, but I am afraid to try. I trim Addy's face and the hair on her feet and trim her nails, but that is as far as it goes. Did he cooperate???? I think Addy would fight me all the way. You did a great job!!! You should be proud. :) |

he was really good. he was a little afraid of the clipper so i had to do a little at a time but i had plenty of treats.... |
Looks good! I took my Paris to be groomed once and he was so upset all day I never took him back. I just did it myself and he always looked fine. |
He looks very happy with his new look! Great job. |
His coat is just gorgeous and you did a fabulous job:D!!!! |
You did a great job! I have a mobile groomer who comes to me, and she is fantastic. The only problem is, she has a family member with health issues so every so often she just doesn't show up. Well... I thought, "how hard could it be?!" I'm an educated person; I can watch a video; I can buy Martha Stewart grooming tools... But I found out how hard it can be... Poor Marley ended up with just one eyebrow, half a beard, and lopsided ear trims. I had to fess up to the groomer and have her fix it on the next visit. I have two boys... and the grooming is $100 a month! That's waaaayyy more than I pay for my hair cuts. But I'm afraid to try it again... just can't get the hang of the clippers... they wouldn't take anything off... and then, after changing the clipper guides three times, they sheared my baby bald! $100 seems fairly cheap right now, considering the mess I made. |

thank you. i know what you mean. it is not as easy as it looks. i was very nervous about myself. he does have a couple rough patches but i think once we both get used to it , it will get better.... it will take lots of practice |
