omg firstly i want to say your wife is a very lucky woman to have such a caribg husband. secondly, i so know that feeling. i have my own company which i run from home so i hardly ever leave my ziggy alone, but when i do, it is so painful. i don't think we get over it, but i do think that the wagging tail and kisses are worth it when we get home. ah, to be a yorkie parent, its hard but you're not alone |

Totally understand. When I first got Bella, I would put her in her crate. I tried not to look. It would have killed me. Now she stands looking out the window looking sad, I have to look away. So when you're heading out the door just don't look. |
First of all welcome to YT! Now, on to the stuff... we have all felt that way. As a matter of fact, my husband stays home with our guy as he is a retired, two time war Veteran (US Army) and I believe I had worse separation anxiety than my Jack when I first had to leave him to go to work. He is 3 years old and we have gotten over that hump, but it lasted for a couple months for me. Good luck to you and yes, they can move mountains with those big brown eyes can't they? |
:welcome4:To YT. and:congrats: on your new addition. Love the name Jack it sound's so manly. We have all been there it does get a little easier with time. Those big brown eyes just melt your heart. But I wouldn't have it any other way. They are so easy to spoil. I hope you guy's find this forum as useful as i have.:yorkietal:we're #1:. |
Welcome to YT! These pups definitely find ways into your heart quickly. I wish I could bring my two w/ me to work! I think it will get easier to leave. My two usually sit in their room and wait for me to leave because they have our morning ritual memorized. I think my pups use the time for extra zz's :) |
