Funny how you are drawn to people you have never met, just by reading their posts. Somehow I have found that reading what a person writes is enough to either draw you towards or away from them. I have been drawn towards so many wonderful people on this forum. Some have gone on to become such very special friends. Who would have thought that just because of the love of a "Yorkie" your life would change forever! Despite the sometimes hurtful things expressed on this forum, I will always be drawn here because of those wonderful friends not yet met. I had never belonged to any other forum before YT and I have been so touched by the stories, knowledge, and comradely shown here. I am unable to compare it, but I can't imagine any other forum meaning more to me than this one. Just something about a "Yorkie" that changes your life and sometimes touches the hearts of others.*

That is so true. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to YT for providing a place to discuss all the aspects of our yorkies lives and meet wonderful, caring people some who have become life long friends though you have never met.

I've known that here, too. There is something very special about "Yorkie" people.

I have to agree on this as well...all for the love of yorkies. I can honestly say although i've not met anyone on here in person, I have met some truly wonderful caring people. I prefer the people here than those I have met throughout my life. The old saying goes "some are here for a good time, some are here for a lifetime'. The ones I have met here are here for a lifetime...you are truly blessed.

So many lovely, caring, sharing people...and, even from all this way away, I feel so accepted - even with my 'foreign' humo(u!!)r....:D

Your humo(u)r is just perfect IMHO ~ that's why we get on so well ;)

I have met/chatted/phoned/visited/vacationed with/texted/emailed/PM'd lots of wonderful people here(~ and a few flakes too :tongue:)

Friends for life can be (and have been) found on an online community. TY Yorkietalk :hug:

A very beautiful post from someone truly special, especially to me. I am very grateful to have found YorkieTalk and that I have come to know people who have had such a beautiful impact on my life. I feel very privileged to be a member of this truly caring community who, on a daily basis, reaches out to others. I am so thankful for dear friends like you that I have found here.

Also, I found my yorkie Tatiana here. She's my first dog, and she's my dream dog. :)
