Before and After pics GRAPHIC pup MILLs Puppy Mill Dogs: Before-and-After Photos | Dogster The above link was shared on facebook by https://www.facebook.com/pages/Minin...81256478555966 If you don't know Minina I hope you'll meet her & join her cause, this link really tugged at my heart as my two favorite breeds, Yorkies and schnauzers were the first shown here. |
arg, such things always make me so sad. but i think its up to "us" all to stop this. when we stop buying puppy mill dogs, they will stop having puppy mills.. demand/suppy. Support shelters and reputable breeders |
How can someone live with themselves knowing they have dogs in their care in that condition? Subhuman. |
Awww. I love seeing the "after" photos. :) |
Wow. all i can say...... |

This is why I shared this post and in the general forum-to educate on the reality...buying isn't saving...the parents aren't saved when you buy a pup they are rebred over and over!:thumbdown:aimeeyork+:aimeeyork=:aimeeyo rk:aimeeyork:aimeeyork:aimeeyork@200+ |

ASPCA and USDA regulations being upped to beyond the ridiculous compliance they have now as well as supporting the Humane Society efforts and watch your local and state laws-the biggest thing anyone can do is-turn in violators & spread the word on who to and not to financially support! If we don't buy they don't breed for greed! |
And stop shopping and supporting shops that sell dogs! There was a case here in my county a few days ago, three people dumped 3 crates of dogs at a park. There were like 30 dogs crammed into 3 crates. Then the stupid idiots couldn't get their car started, so they dumped the car there too! People saw them do it! so of course they were caught when the police ran the plates. Misdemeanors. Small fine, dogs now up for adoption. I doubt these people learned their lesson. |
Just remember this is only one of thousands of places like this....if you take a real step to help end this, you will make a huge difference...please, please, STOP buying from BYB's, petstores, and puppymills. Please. Thanks for sharing this link, I am so happy these pups were saved!:) |

They ASPCA and the human society near me are great they have saved a ton of puppies and found them great parents. The last one they rescued 120 Boston terriers bulldogs and Yorkies. The dogs living space were beyond nasty. They only lost 1 dog that was rescued he didn't survive surgery. We have a non kill shelter that took the dogs and you had have proof of finances to pay for care and vet references as well as personal references. I bought that was great. The part that real made me mad was the puppy mill owners mad a plea deal for I beleive 1 year probation and they can not own any dogs for breeding purposes for 2 years I think the legal system has a lot of the Blame hereblame as well |
Those poor dogs. No animal deserves to be treated like that! How would that woman like to be cooped up in a cage and used as a breeding hen for all those out there that want babies! I'm so glad they put a stop to that puppymill! I pray all those furbabies have a good home one day <3 |
There should be tougher laws against this kind of non-sense. |
As long as we keep electing local and state officials that could care less about the welfare of animals nothing is ever going to change. The same consideration needs to be made when voting for judges. The issue of animal welfare is NEVER brought up. If they feel they can keep shrugging off these vile people who exploit animals they should be shown they are wrong. I appreciate how the ASPCA helps these animals but there has to be more people involved in changing the laws and the attitude of judges in each district. |
Thanks for sharing this link. It is important that we raise awareness of puppy mills! |
Thank you for sharing this with all of us. Always an eye opener and reminder of what some of God's creatures are put thru. I'm so glad that the first dog that my husband and I got was from a humane society. Our second pup came from my brother in law that bred cattle dogs. And Bella I got from an individual, previous owner which I'm not sure where she got her. Last year, my cousin wanted to get a miniture maltese. She went online and found one which was way north of me, IN/MI state line. I told my cousin she needed to make the trip to see where this pup was coming from. She asked why and I told her, she said well if it's that bad then I will be saving her. I told her not really, because by buying her the breeder will breed her dogs more to make oooogles of money. So she said she would do that. Well she didn't, the seller decided to "meet my cuz 1/2 way" REALLY???? I told my cuz, not to buy from her, she sounded like a puppy miller. She ignored me and paid around 1200. to 1500. for this pup. Deep down it disgusted me. Thanks to you all I have learned so much about such "bad" things. |
