Sorry, I didn't get to finish the poem. The Yorkshire Terrier There are many little terrier dogs Of every size and hue But the one I'k like to mention here Is shaded tan and blue He's a cocky little devil And he isn't any saint But a sloppy little lap dog Is the very thing he ain't He struts along the garden path His eyes boot button bright And God helpany straying cat That comes into his sight His owner fear no burglars For every sound he hears The softest, quietest footsteps Will not pass his pricked up ears And if he is disturbed at night Or danger is at hand He makes more of a racket Than a fifty piece brass band. |
Love the poem crystalsmom and so, so glad Razzle is safe, Gail. Wow, what a scare!! |

I love this poem, crystalsmom!! How very true! I have 4 inch long bumper stickers to stick on my dogs butts that say, "KNOW NO FEAR!!" |
I love the poem, too! It just says "Yorkie". |
Wow, glad Razzle is okay. Yes, I agree, it only takes a second for things to turn. I posted about a time that 3 new foundlands were on top of Maggie May; thankfully she was okay. |
