I saw the cutest things on my way home from work yesterday... I saw the cutest things on my way home from work yesterday... I was about halfway home when I saw a man pushing a dark blue stroller away from me down the opposite side of the road. I could only see him from the back at first, but it was just so cute. As I went by, I took a closer look. I couldn't see the baby's face, but I saw the darling little baby's foot and hand kicking and waving up out of the stroller, it's Daddy chatting away with his baby. So sweet! When I was within about a mile of home, I saw another man pushing another dark blue stroller toward me down the opposite side of the road. I thought "that's great...I'll get to see it's face this time." I watched as he stopped and walked around in front of the stroller, bent over and began tending his baby. I lost sight of them for a few moments due to traffic between us, then noticed him sitting on a berm alongside the road watching traffic go by...the stroller beside the road still. When I got close enough, I took a look in his direction to see his little precious, sitting on his lap, Daddy chatting away with his baby...a little Chihuahua! Not much cuter than that! There is definitely something special about a Daddy taking his baby for a walk in its stroller! |
So the "hand" & "foot" you saw were actually little paws! Wow. That is one in-love daddy, no matter what the species of his baby!!! I'll bet that little one is going to be one pampered pooch for life - just as it should be. |

Oh! Two daddies with two different babies! I'll bet your were shocked to see the second "baby". Well, Father's Day is really every day when you are a real dad, no matter skin or fur kid. ;) |

It really is the little things that make the most impact! How sweet it is!:p |
Awww! That is so sweet! |
What a cute story. I've never see anything cute on my way home. Just lots of cars. |
That is so sweet. |
There is always a guy walking his dog about the time we go home everyday and Kacee always is on the lookout for them so she can bark at them.:) |
Thanks for the sweet story. I love it when people share happy things. |
Very heartwarming story! |

Ohhh...I'm sorry. Maybe you will, now! It was very cool. I didn't think too much of the man walking with the baby...just it doesn't happen too often that it's the Daddy pushing a stroller, and it was cute and I wanted to get a quick look at the baby...but I couldn't see anything except one foot and one hand 'cuz my head doesn't turn than far around. lol. But then when I saw the second stroller...and the same color...I thought, "what...is this blue stroller/Daddy day," and then, when I saw it was a little dog, it just made me so happy I saw it! :D |
Awww, how adorable:) I just love men that love their kids of any variety and aren't afraid to SHOW it:D |
What a cute story. I don't see things like that here. |
very cute story!! My dh walks our "pack".. my dd said I took his "man card" away because I "make" him walk a dog in a pink dress. lol My dh said "if you KNOW you are a man you can walk a dog in a pink dress" .. or something like that? I told that story to our vet.. and he said "I guess I lost my man card according to your daughters.. I love the little dogs,, and all of them" |
Can't see my dh doing that. Don't think it's legal in Scotland for a man to push any kind of stroller lol lol |
