Watermelon and Veggies
 
So I went to the Farmer's Market yesterday and one of the things that I purchased was a watermelon. I decided that I wanted watermelon for breakfast this morning. Since I know that watermelon is good for my little babies, I decided to give them a little piece. They are going wild over this watermelon. Does anyone else's puppies like watermelon or any other fruits or veggies that are on the ok list for our little babies to eat?

I love melon and so do my babies its a treat to them and its their fav fruit.

ZoE likes watermelon too, but I think apple is her favorite....she seems to really like the crunch of it.

Macy likes watermelon but fresh pears are her favorite fruit. She likes apples too.

Roxie loves fruits and veggies...apples, carrots, green beans, broccoli, and strawberries are some of her favorites.

The one exception is that she does not like bananas at all. If I put it in front of her face, she will sniff it and walk away in disgust.

I've never tried to give her watermelon.

I have never given Callie watermelon but I bought strawberry's at a farmers like thing yesterday and after I washed them I gave Callie some while I was eating a few and she loves loves it she also likes apple, banana, cooked carrots, green beans, and peas.

I just bought some watermelon yesterday, I thought about giving some to Sheldon when I was cutting it but after his bad reaction to bananas I chickened out.

Bentley loves watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew so does Baxter, my Boxer! I can't have any without sharing some with them.:)

Katie Scarlett has not had watermelon yet, but I will for sure let her try it. She loves bananas!

Thanks for sharing the cute stories about foods. My four are like 4 children some love one thing but, not the other. Ginny Joy sniffs everything first she will not eat green beans raw or cooked but loves fresh or canned peaches. Rubin sniffs too and loves green beans, well really anything green, lettuce, cabbage, brocoli, pears and okra. His favorite is whole wheat spaghetti with tuna and parmesan cheese. Miss Gracie loves apples, carrots, celery, lettuce, green beans and baby limas. She will not eat plain yogurt, I have to mix strawberries or peanut butter with it in her frozen kong. Abba will eat anything that has cheese. He loves scrambled eggs and home cooked liver meat balls. UCK. He is my little fruit eater he likes watermelon, bananna, apple and kiwi.

I have to try fruits & veggies with my lil girl. We love them in our home. Thanks ladies

How much you want to bet that little southern girl will LOVE watermelon? After all-she IS an Alabama girl, by default, if nothing else, lol!:D
