As it gets longer just more of it has fallen out by that time. I feel like it would be hard to keep anyone's hair all the same length, especially an itchy allergy puppy.
I love braiding Joli's hair too, her top knot is getting pretty long but I don't think quite as long as Jada's and definitely not as pretty. Everytime I see her picture I think how pretty it is, but haven't said anything. The coloring of her top knot is amazing. :)
I have braided Joli's when it was in two before and she looked a little like pippy longstocking because it just stuck straight up and out. :p
I think I should look into thickening stuff too, for Somi my littler one. She has SUPER thin, fine hair. I left her hair up too long a couple of times [awhile ago now], and lots of her top knot hair came out. Now she has VERY few long top knot hairs to go up, but just enough that if I don't put it up it's all in her face and mouth. And I just can't bring myself to cut the few long ones left, at least until the shorter ones grow out more. But she is thin all over so hair thickening stuff could be good. :) I'm glad I saw this thread. |
