As for the whole safety thing, I appreciate your feedback on that. I know yorkie thefts are possible, but being the crafty loving person I am I just can't let that 'what if' consume or hinder me. I have always been taught not to live in the fear of what ifs. As with all things in life, for me, I can't let that worry consume me. I have been raised to be thankful for the moment and not to live in fear of what could happen because you'd waste your life worrying. So although I do know the threat is there, I won't live in fear. I am an extremely observant person. I never leave Katie Scarlett unattended, whether it be at home or in the car. If I ever go somewhere that she is not allowed, she either stays with my husband or family members. If they are unavailable she goes to doggy daycare that I trust completely. I also keep her close to my side when we are out in public. I know nothing is fail safe, but if someone did break into our home our car with me there, I know how to and will not hesitate to defend myself. We live in a very safe area and I do not worry, but I know anything is possible. I do my very best to protect my yorkie and am diligent about her safety.
I in no way mean any of the above rude. I know you guys are putting the word out there so others can be informed, but I just wanted to say that Katie Scarlett's safety and well being are always on my mind, but I like our life to be cutesy at the same time. Lol. |
