Shhh....it's a secret We took Trace to visit Santa on Sunday and get his picture taken. So the picture package was sitting on the table last night, when hubby (who professes he didn't want, doesn't like MY dog, yada, yada, yada) says....I'm taking MY wallet one now. Yea, he doesn't like him....how many other men have Santa photos of the dog in their wallet? And yes we have an actual daughter so Trace isn't a child substitute...he's a sibling ;) And no, she's not in the picture....just Trace :) |
Dont you love that?! That's so cute :) |
That is soo cute! After we go Zeus, the picture of me in my hubby's wallet suddenly turned into a photo of a little yorkie! Wonder who that was? :p |
That's adorable! I'm not married or dating but my dad pretends to not "like" my dogs and is always telling me that they are spoiled, blah, blah blah......but when he found out I got their Christmas pics done he asked if I had mailed it to him yet! Yea, tough guys aren't they? |
My hubby is the same way he tries to claim that he doesnt like our babies but i have pictures to prove it i will have to post them when I get home. Hes always kissing on them and holding them all the time, men I swear. |
When hubby didn't realize anyone could hear....my daughter and I heard him talk "baby talk" to Trace. And his pet name for him isn't "d-mn dog"....it's "little man"..... ;) |

ahh...hehehe |
I think it's a "manly" thing...they don't want to lose their Man-card by loving a little, hairy dog...now a Great Dane, Boxer, or German Sheppard they can express love too because they are "big, manly" dogs. My hubby will kiss and cuddle Piper but he does have his Boxers too...it's the cat he acts like he doesn't care about because cats are lower than little, hairy dogs I guess to the male species  |
What a cute story! A wallet photo of the little one! :p |
That's too funny and cute! :p |
The worst was when my fiance's friends were over the house and they heard him refer to himself as "Daddy". I never thought he'd hear the end of it!! |
My yorkie Lacey was crazy about my dad. My dad was the one who picked her out and surprized me with her after school. (I was just getting over the lost of my first dog. My chihihua who we had before I was even born) Lacey slept with my dad. And was always on his lap while he read the paper and watched TV. My dad works offshore 7 and 7. So, he did not get to see Lacey every day. But, when he would come home, her face would light up and she would run in circles around him. When she died, he built her a custom made coffin and buried her with her favorite toys. And he cried, just like I did. |

HA! Like he's going take a threat from the man who posts on the little, sissy dog board with a bunch of women :D Kiddin, Eddie's Father, but if you like...you and he can get together and talk yorkie dog baby talk and we women will swoon and say "oh isn't THAT the sweetest thing ever" and never, ever tell a soul....'cept all our message board friends. Your manly man friends will wonder what is ya'lls secret....LOL |
