Small breed puppy mill bust not far from me 350+ small breed dogs were found in a HOME. This short clip shows a couple of the pups and says what they could use. I'm going through the house tomorrow to find old towels, blankets, etc. & will see what else I can get over there. It's a pretty small county & I feel terrible for those poor pups, not to mention the people that probably feel pretty helpless. It's so sad. Oh those poor dogs. I really wish "grooming" would be added to some of the state laws. These dogs are so matted and it looks like feces are embedded in their hair. Dogs are clean animals by nature, it's horrible to do this to them. This is another reminder why people should not buy dogs over the internet, some of the worse breeding facilities are by breeders who sell directly to the public, they don't need any licenses or inspections. |

I just hope like h*ll those responsible for this rot behind bars the way these poor pups have. It's times like this I wish I had a huge house & yard & could foster some. There's no way they're equipped to deal with a bust of this magnitude. |

Unbelievable that anyone could have THAT many dogs. How does it get that out of control before any authority steps in??? So disgusting and so incredibly sad for the dogs living like that. The punishment for people doing that to animals should be having to live like that themself....caged in their own filth. |

This is the kind of thing that people who buy puppies from pet stores are supporting. Amazing that the owners are still defending their activities. Some people have no sense of right and wrong. They are so devoid of feelings for the creature's suffering that they feel it is fine to keep abusing them. |
Ah geez, that makes me cry. Poor babies, that one picture I could not even tell what bred it is. These breeders needs serious charges brought to them. Lock them in a cage and throw away the key. |
It is so hard to believe that a human can treat a dog with anything but love and caring and so something like this - how do you get your mind around it? I cannot imagine what kind of monsters live in the mind of that criminal greeder that allow them to perpetuate this kind of horror. I hope the judge gives them real jail time, the largest fine the law allows, bans future pet ownership for as long as they reside in the county and anything else he can slam the monster(s) with. |
