Weird question...and I know all dogs are different...
 
but how often does your yorkie poop? I know age is a factor too...so I guess the older yorkies. Daisy goes only once a day..in the morning (and ive discovered her normal "time" is about 20-30 minutes after I've left her in her crate to take the boys to school!! So Ive got to work at pushing that time up 30 minutes so she'll go right before I leave hte house!! But anyway..is it normal to go just once?

I think it depends on the food
 
I really think it all depends on the size of the dog, the kind of food they eat and how much, and how many times a day they eat. Wosie weighs 4 pounds and gets about 1/2-3/4 cup per day. I split it up and feed her once in the morning and once at night, and she usually has between 2-4 poops per day.

I agree, it depends on food, weight, etc. Simon and Hallie eat twice a day and usually poop 2-3 times a day. You should ask your vet, is she on a special diet?

well she will NOT eat dry food at all..ive tried countless times and ways. Vet said partially because her teeth are so bad. At this point she said it was ok to give her just wet..at least she's eating. I leave the dry out, add gravy, parmesan cheese, etc..and she just walks away from it :(
So until I get her teeth taken care of, probably next month..its all I can do righ tnow.

Well, I can't really answer your question, but in my experience with my yorkie, age didn't make any difference. She went first thing in the morning and around 4 or so in the afternoon all of her life as far as I can remember. With Kacee, she also goes around the same times, so....got me! :D

rosie goes twice aday half hour after her morning feed and 1 hour after her evening meal

Shelby goes 3-4 times a day but she grazes all day long. She is still on puppy food though. I think it has a lot of fiber in it.

Have you tried giving Daisy carrotts?

I asked my vet and she said that 1 to 3 times a day is normal for a Yorkie of her age .
