Terrier face or baby doll face? 1 Attachment(s) I never really understood this distinction... What is my little Lola? |
I could be wrong but from my understanding the terrier face is when there noses are a little longer and the puppy doll face is when the face is a little bit flatter. I'm not sure but your puppy looks like quite the doll to me!! So cute!! |
Well my thoughts are Lola falls somewhere in between???? LOL |
I would call Lola more a terrier face. She has a super sweet expression. As someone above posted the terrier nose is a tad longer, the facial width somewhat narrower than the "baby" doll face. |
She looks like a bit of both, just too stinking cute. |

Whichever she is she is a living doll. |
she's beautiful. I would go on the side of terrier. |
I have always found it interesting that the AKC Yorkshire standard only states "the muzzle not too long" regarding the nose. |
Wow..her marking is BEAUTIFUL!! |
Thank you all for your kind comments...she is every bit as cute as she looks. This picture her muzzle looks shorter but she is 16 months in this picture so I doubt it grew. LOL This picture she looks more silver than she really is. She is dark with white and beautiful brown markings on her head and ears. She came from the same breeder I got my first parti from. She was to small to breed so the breeder offered her to me. I could not get there fast enough! I think she has a great true Yorkie look unlike my boy Tucker....he looks terrier but much less Yorkie like. |
She is gorgeous! |
Its all relative what I think is terrier face someone else may think its baby doll face. There are no official classifications for these type of faces thats why its all relative. These are marketing terms for unscrupulous breeders to get more money for a pup that is all it is |
My verdict: adorable face!! :) |
Adorable. |
