Membership in the spoiled rotten club! I was replying to another thread and it darn on me just how spoil Brandi is. When Brandi gets up in the middle of the night to go potty, she expects me to wake up and lift her back up to bed which I do. Now gTet this, she has steps that she uses to go down but not up. :p She will also growl and bark if I don't wake up fast enough for her. Little stinker! I can think of so many things but this one stands out because its something that happens every night at roughly the same time. Usually around 3 am. what are some of the things that you do to spoil your yorkie? |
When I'm sleeping, Miss Mini will scratch my shoulder like tap tap, tap tap, tap tap, excuse me...this is to signal ME TO ROLL OVER on my right side, knees up (fetal position kinda way), lift blanket so she can get under so she can snuggle in by my belly = and I always do it, If I don't my husband will roll me for her and say "let her in" = thats right folks I ROLL OVER FOR MY DOG..atleast 2ce a night this happens, its a routine we have! Never realized it till just now, how crazy it is!!!! |
Everything of hers must be customized with her name. I know, I know, but it's just so cute and we LOVE her name! Saddest part is that we don't even have her yet--LOL! |

Brody has lots of 'benefits' bestowed upon him in the 'spoiled' arena, but this one stands out at the moment. Brody usually must be carried outside to go potty. If it is during the night, he will 'errrr' me awake. Mia will happily accompany me under her own power, and choose a potty place of her own. Brody, however, rides in my right arm, surveying his 'land' and if I go to put him down in a spot NOT of his choosing, his left paw shoots out at my chest to stop me. We go through this routing, with me toddling 'round the yard in my robe looking for THE spot of grass for him to be 'inserted' into. It is hilarious...even at 3 am! :p I am trying to get video of this...DH has agreed to assist! :p |

I hand feed Sophie Kate her kibble at breakfast time. Started this when she was sick to make sure she was eating and some how it has carried on. Our morning routine is: 1. Up and out of bed (by 6:30 am every morning) 2. Outside to do her business 3. Back in the house, get kibble, feed the cat, get my coffee 4. Snuggle on the couch for about 15 minutes while I feed her I am reminded all the time that she does not get this treatment when I am gone and she eats fine. Maybe this is my way of getting 15 minutes of extra time before I start my day. |

9pm each night she wants ME to go to bed, thats it shes done, she will stand in the doorway whining, and when I say something or move she starts running to the bed (my bed)...dog telling me to go to bed right? Shes persistent so I pick her up for a minute and if I try to put her down left paw to the chest, I have to figure out WHERE she wants me to put her, sometimes I get so annoyed I put her on my bed and remove the doggie steps...boy do I get a look that could burn holes through hells fire..!! Of course guilt gets me and I put them back up! And then....it starts again....eiyieyieyie...!!! |

This is a great thread, I love reading these stories LOL. You know Lilos spoiled because she has a larger wardrobe than me and not 1 but 2 cars! |
Louie's a pretty spoiled little pup. Let's see, his favorite game in the whole world is "attack the bottom of mommy and daddy's pants." So, if he is in the mood to play, he will insist that DH or I get up and walk around the living room so that he can play tug of war with our pants. He also shows everyone who comes into our house where the treats are and then just stands there looking all cute until someone gives him one. |
Well, we got a bit of video of Brody...and Mia and Sunny, our pseudo-baby we are puppy sitting...but it's huge! :eek: Brody was not as adamantly pronounced with his uh-uh-uh 'restrictive' paw...I think he was wondering just 'what the pup' we were doing. :p So, I guess I need to figure out the YouTube thing, and reduce the size...now, where did I put that movie editing software...:D |
I have spoiled both Yoshi and Prissy by letting them sleep on my lap or beside me in the chair,, also Yoshi will turn on his back for me to rub his chest and if I quit he will take his paw and touch me, now Prissy is doing the same thing...if I am reading they will take thier noses underneath the book or newspaper and push it up so they can get on my lap and they want my full attention. |
