Im glad she is doing ok. I was so terrified when Rosie was spayed. But she did have a quick recovery, two days after she was jumping all over the place like she usually does :D |

so glad shes doing better!!! |
Awww poor Brandy. Glad to hear that she is feeling better. I love that she has a blankie that she carries around. So cute! We will be getting Gidget spayed in the next few months and I am dreading it. I don't want her to hurt or be out of sorts. I know it's for the best but I have never had to go through the experience. I am sure I will be a wreck. Rachel |
So glad that everything went well. I still have to go through this with Prissy. |
In glad she is doing well. My girl didnt get fat from spaying. She did gain a little but she wasnt done growing. Her weight is perfect for her frame |

It sounds like she's healing nicely. As long as she's getting the exercise she needs, she will not get fat because of her spay. |

So glad to hear Brandy is doing well. I had Bella spayed at 6 months and it didn't bother her at all. The vet didn't put a cone on her but told me to take a white clean sock and cut the foot off of it and put that over her head and haul it down to cover her stitches if she was trying to chew at them. Worked perfect...she could still go to the bathroom and there was snow on the ground and it kept it dry. Bella now is 20 months old and weighs 6 pounds. She has weighed the same since she was a year old. I try to walk her twice a day. I used to free feed but I found I was having to get up in the night for her to go potty. Now I divide the food up in 3 meals and it is working much better...no more getting up in the middle of the night. :) |
