Hi everyone!
Hi everyone! I'm Joanne and my Yorkie poo is Taz. We got him when he was 7 months old from a home that didn't want him and weren't taking care of him.
I had been looking on Craigslist once in awhile for a little dog. We had 2 big dogs and two shih tzu boys and we were looking for a Morkie girl to add to the family. I saw his picture and showed hubby. We went and looked at him and ,,,, well let's see... They had 5 kids. He had a crate because it appeared when he was inside he was crated and when he was outside he was chained due to fencing that he could get through. He was not groomed at all. We just couldn't leave him...
He got his name from me because of his personality. I was either Taz or Trip! Lol. He had on a stupid flea collar, which came off in the car by hubby. Lol. We took in to the vet I believe within 3 days of having in to get his shots and checked up so we could get him groomed and scheduled to be fixed.
We believe that his other owners thought he had fleas but he didn't. He was scratching his ears because they were infected (which we had kinda figured by him scratching at them all the time). Got meds for that too.
We have had him now for 9 months and couldn't imagine not having him in our lives. I will post a picture tomorrow from my computer (this one won't let me for some reason).
Oh.. And we did find amorkie girl about 2 weeks later somewhere else. Yeah.... I think we love our babies.... And they are spoiled! |
