I'm so sorry it's taken me a while to post back, things are so difficult right now and I just can't find the words or the focus. I want to thank all of you who have sent up prayers for Dottie and our family, I can never repay you or tell you what it means to us. Our hearts are shattered and broken into a million pieces. I don't want to go into all the details, it's to hard, but yesterday, Dottie took a real bad turn for the worst and her condition declined very rapidly. I knew she was in severe distress and couldn't hang on any longer, so, we gave our precious daughter back to God. She was the most loyal and faithful girl in all the world to me and my life or heart will never be the same. It hurts so bad. Gotta go.

I know exactly how you are feeling at this terrible time. Let yourself grieve, I promise it will get better. Paris has been gone only a month and I still cry sometimes, but try to focus on the great times you had together.

Tracy, Hope you feel all of our hugs we are sending you as you go through this most sad time. I, as well as a lot of us here, have gone through the loss of a beloved furkid. I pray you find comfort in knowing that one day you will be reunited with her.

Thank you for posting an update we are all so concerned about you. I hope time heals the hurt you are feeling and you that time when you can think of Dottie and good memories comes soon. I am continuing to keep you in my good thoughts and prayers. God please watch over Tracy and her family and bless her with your goodness.

I know that when ever I have lost a Fur Baby, it helps to make a little photo album of only them and also if you write a letter to or about them it helps a bunch. Praying for you & your family as I know how it hurts & there is Nothing in the world like it.

I\'m so sorry. I know there is nothing but time that can help you right now. I think we have all lost our beloved pet at one time or another but it is especially painful to watch our loved ones suffer. I so sorry this had to happen to you and your sweet friend.

Today\'s especially hard, Dottie was supposed to have her surgery this morning, I can\'t help but wonder if she\'d been able to hang on until today if she would have made it through the surgery and healed and how many more years we could have had with her. My husband had to go back to work this morning & our son had to go back to school, so I\'m home today for the first time by myself with our other furkids, but not my Dottie.... Every room I go in, it\'s so hard, I see my girl in my minds eye, but I know she\'s never really gonna be here again. I can\'t bring myself to take her kennel down, her food dish still sits in her kennel that I couldn\'t get her to eat.... Sick to my stomach and so broken.... All I want is my girl back....

My heart goes out to you. I\'ve been there and many of us have gone through the same thing. Time is the only healer. While that is little consolation at a time that you are experiencing so much grief, please know that we are here for you and thinking of you during this very sad time. Hugs!
