Uptate on Joel
 

Joel is doing good, he got his vet check up and is healthy, other than having coccidia parasites and has diarrhea from it:( but the vet said its common and his dewarmer stuff will kill it. And he got some shampoo and conditioner for his dry skin. But other than that, hes happy and eating and drinking and making me get no sleep, But I am trying to teach him at night he better not keep me up unless he needs potty,lol.

He is so smart and funny, I couldnt believe what he did this morning. So i'm trying to teach him at night and early morning its time to be in the crate but i'll always take him out if he needs to go potty.
So sometimes he'll do a potty cry and sometimes a "wanting to play" cry, so just in case I take him potty every cry exspecialy with his diarrhea. So this morning he was crying to wake me so I took him out and as I take him out of his crate I say potty so he knows why hes coming out, and I took him potty and when I put him back I say "bed" so he knows thats all he gets, lol.

And when I get back in bed he cries again, so maybe he wants to play or maybe he realy needs to go again, so I open his crate and said "Joel potty" and he just lays his head down and sighs like "oh man shes only gonna take me out". So I cant believe he actualy gets it now! No more middle of the nights yapping just to play.

I thought it was so funny, a couples days ago he would've came out when I open the door just wanting to play, so now he knows the rule, lol

Sorry about coccidia. I've never had one with that, so I hope he does well and is better soon. They are smart and train you very quickly!:D
