My pup tried to kill herself today
 
Ill start by saying that I spoil my girl rotten . We were out in the back yard as usual for this time of day and she jumped thru the slats of the deck. she hit the ground and became woozy. I screamed in horror. Raced to the vet and 100.00 dollars later she is fine . I was so scared . i need a nap now .

A nap or a Valium !!!! what a scary experience. Glad your babies is okay, the best 100.00 spent though.

I am so glad it turned out well!!!!!!! Seems like these little ones know no fear. About two weeks after I got ceeby and when he still weeighed nine ounces, my hubby was playing with him one night and the other dogs were playing across the baby gate. Little dog decided he wanted to be where the big dogs werem climbed on the very back of the couch and JUMPED. Scared me half to death. he was so fast no one could catch him. He looked like those horses that jjump over things, ears laid back and front legs stuck straight out in front of him. He landed on the carpet right beside the couch. Needless to say, I have purchased another baby gate to keep him from trying to jump where the other dogs are in the kitchen. That is what he was trying to do and before we got the second gate to make it higher, I caught him on the back ofr the couch looking wistfully at the other dogs. i knew it was just a mattr of time until he got his nerve up.

I am sooooo sorry. When stuff like that happens it is very stressful.....You may want to take her to a suicide support group(just kidding)

Doesn't your heart just totally STOP at a time like that?!? I am so glad to hear everything is ok. My Mercedes ran head on to brick steps and got woozy when she was like 2 months old. Scared the crap out of me.

I almost died myself today. My little Yorkie jumped out of my arms and fell to the kitchen floor against the bottom of the refrigerator. That awful thud when he hit the floor scared me to death.

He jumped up and ran to his bed. I picked him up and comforted him and put him on the counter - all his parts were moving fine --and he was hungry and ate a bowl full of food.

The rest of tonight - he is obviously just fine. He's running around, playing, biting, etc. etc. etc. Quite peppy - to say the least!

He's okay - but it was quite a scare!!!!

WOW!! What a day you guys had. So glad everyone is Ok. They do scare the crap out of you. Guess it's that Terrier spunk wrapped up in those little, fragile bodies...heck of a combo :eek:
