Yorkies amaze me Yesterday I slammed my finger in a door and fractured it. Thank goodness I do not write with my right hand! :p Anyways. Bella has been extra sweet and kissing that finger an awful lot. I don't know if she thinks it looks funny or if she knows I'm hurt, but she refuses to leave my side. Either way, it's cute. This breed always continues to amaze me! :) |

Yes I think Bella senses that all is not well and just wants to be there for you..I have noticed this with every dog that I've had...I hope you heal quickly... |

That sounds terribly painful. Isn't is sweet that your little one is taking care of you! Gracie always knows when I am hurt or upset. Always gives lots of kisses to try to make it go way. Aren't they the sweetest dogs! |

When I fell down the stairs bum first few years ago, the impact on the tip of my bone marrow made it hurt so much and I couldn't get up for the first few minutes. All I could mumble out was "honey" but hubby was having a shower upstairs and couldn't hear me. Pao saw me hurting and calling for hubby and he ran full speed upstairs then few seconds later ran down full speed to check on me then up again then down again then up again. His little furry face looked all worried as he was running up and down. He knew I was hurting. By then, I felt better and I limped upstairs to see what he was trying to do. He was sitting in front of the bathroom door trying to get my hubby to come out to help me but he didn't know how lol so he sat there staring at the door. That proves to me he does know when I am hurting and tries to get help for me:) |

Ouch! Sorry about your finger. And yes, these little buggers do know when something is hurt and do everything in their power to fix it. :p I've mentioned in another post before that when I am in bed with a migraine, Rocco licks my head on the side with the pain. And one time, he was licking my head like crazy before I went to bed, and a few hours later I woke up with an excruciating migraine. Smart little babies we have. :) |
Aww! I agree, she is giving you puppy kisses to make it all better! I think these little guys really do know when something is off. When I was sick a few weeks ago, KS stayed by my side the whole time. :) |
