Actually this is always a good discussion because many new people here have never heard of a puppy mill and don't know there are so many BAD websites out there... and can easily be scammed or invest their hard earned money into a puppy that will just bring them heartache - or in this case - someone who LOOKS to be a bad 'Kennel' - I mean - anyone can see those poor dogs are not cared for at all - the Maltese and Schnausers look so BAD I couldn't believe it.

The biggest tool we have is our voices and if just one person reads a thread about Pet Stores, BAD Breeders or Puppy Mills & or Kennels... and learns something.... then we've done our jobs.

OMG i went to that website you listed and all the parents look unhealthy... and everything seems to be listed very small, great parents..blah blah blah... it is a pathatic site........ how can they possibly get away with it... they must have serious connections... it is sickening

I have never seen anything like it.

I am having a problem. I used to be able to find the info about millers and CB'ers and their USDA licensing status on line. Now, every site I go to says the page cannot be displayed. I know what a puter dince I am, but I cannot chalk this up to my ineptness. Would someone else try to see if you can find out if these #!$%**++ are still licensed by the Usda as all millers/CBers are required to be? In our area, So. PA is full of millers( I will not single out the Amish, but they are well known) and I also cannot find them on line. Lord knows, Sylvan and others work so hard to assure they maintain the absolute best environment for their animals AND I AM NOT SPEAKING ABOUT THEM!!
I wonder at times how those awful people can stand the smell of their own breath...they breath in the stench of dying and dead all the time..
Well, my hubby just walked into the room and saw my fingers going a mile a minute and didn't even bother to ask were we having dinner tonight..He knows that YT is on a roll about a situation that is so disturbing that even our families better not interrupt...

OMG im completely shocked. that is for sure a puppy mill! why are the shipping prices different for different dogs? that worries me. what am i saying?? the whole thing worries me!!!! gosh someone needs to do something. i havent read all the posts, so i might have missed some new info but i hope something is done :( those poor babies.. and their collars look like those of puppymill auctions also...

I just saw this thread. you can actually see in their eyes and expressions that they are terrified/nervous. how awful. and putting an old dirty towel behind them as a back drop. OMG
looks to me like the silky parents have longer hair than the yorkies, which should be the other way around, now that says alot about their grooming practices.
poor doggies. and i can't stand to hear someone say "she throws small pups" i know there's alot of breeder slang but that one has never been my favorite.

I have to admit that I mailed these pigs and let them know they are awful!! I couldn't help it! My fingers did the talking and I let them have it. I hope that others do it too!! But the fact will be that they are very dumb and won't 'get it' They probably think they are just fine. They have to!!! All you have to do is look at the pictures and see that they think these are good pictures, otherwise why would they post them!!! Idiots :eek:

I sent a few addresses where all of you can report them. Hopefully, some of us have done it :) . Nothing happen if all we do "ooooh ...OMG... it is terrible, bla-bla-bla". report them if you want to stop people like they are.... :)

This makes me sad that it's even in my state! If it was in my power, I would go right over there and rescue those babies. I mapped the place-it's about 3 hours from me. Please don't judge Arkansas based on these low-life. There actually are a few good reputable breeders here, it just takes quite a bit of research to find them.

OMG!!!!! I just got another email from this breeder!!! I am going to write this there is language. Here is what I just got in the mail to minutes ago!!

his words: "You know what you a**hole I could care less what you think, you influance me about as much as a pimple on my ass.. but pleas pleas keep it up I just love hearing from stupid retards like you..it makes me laugh.."

OMG!!! I didn't read the posts, but I did look at that site!! :eek: !! Oooohhh, I feel so bad for them. If those dogs were "cleaned up" for the pictures...... :eek: I know you can take a picture of a dirty dog and it looks happy and I know you can take a picture of a clean dog and it can look sad (even if it isn't).....however, there wasn't one single happy dog on the entire site!!!! Tinkerbell (Yorkie) was the best looking one. That is truly a sad place. :thumbdown :thumbdown

I agree with this but as a buyer it is very difficult to find a reputable fair minded breeder. I found what I thought was a reputable breeder online. Her site "said" all the right things, even posted information about Puppymills and why you shouldn't buy from pet shops. It says she doesn't ship, she won't let you have dogs until they are 12 weeks and she is picky about who buys. She shows dogs, plus a YTC member refered her to me. Her dogs on her website are gorgeous and well-groomed. How much more research can one do? (yes, I talked to someone that bought from her years ago and they also refered her)

It's VERY hard to learn all you need to learn to buy a puppy. I cringe when I think of how close I came to being part of a very sad breeding program. I don't think most people come close to asking the questions I asked. I was there in her home with a warm puppy in my arms and it became evident just how wrong this was. The last draw was when she raised the price on me. :eek:

It's too bad we can't be more helpful through a breeder referal area on this board without the fear of getting sued.

Haha..I just emailed them too. I am so sick and tired of seeing this abuse and neglect from so called breeders. Here's what my email said:

'I stumbled across your website and have to say it brought tears to my eyes. How on earth can you sleep at night. It's clear to me that none of your dogs are even close to the breed standard. And they all look scared and unkept. I notice you don't have ages listed on the parents, I see some with gray around the muzzle. Are you just breeding them to death? This is a disgrace to breeders of all breeds. How dare you to call yourself a breeder. You are not even close, you just keep dogs together to reproduce. Do you not see the sadness in their eyes??! You make me ill!!!".

This is where you can find a Yorkie for cheap. But you can also find a Yorkie in a rescue for the same price or less.

I just wanted to say to you that that is the most digusting thing I have EVER seen. You should be ashamed of yourselves for treating your dogs they way you do....It's sickening to know that there are losers like you out there that will do anything for a buck. Your dogs are filthy and look terrifed. I seriously doubt they are well taken care of and "loved". All you see them as is money making machines. It goes to show that any loser can go on and make a website. I thought i'd give you a little tip though....why dont you learn how to spell and use proper grammer and punctuation. Your poor dogs look so sad and dont even act like they recognize where their at. A picture says a thousand words. I am going to see to it that you are checked out and CLOSED DOWN. I have alot of connections and will make your life HELL!!!!
