Hi,

I'm sorry for posting this here but I have no idea where else it would go. I went to the donations thread that was linked in the "Donations FAQ" area, but the last post was in 2007 and I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be bumping an (almost) 5 year old thread.

I've been here long enough that I feel I would I like to be more involved in the site, the people and their pets, and a gift exchange participation would be fun.

My husband gave the go ahead to become a donating member, and I read the area on how to do it.

The donation faq says to just include your username and send to the paypal address, but I'm wondering if I'm supposed to be messaging an admin or something as well? Or is that all I have to do is just donate and they do the rest? O.o

I also have requested info on how to donate but I don't have a paypal account. I would gladly send a check if an address is provided.

For Paypal users, send donation to donations@yorkietalk.com.

If you don't have a Paypal account, you can send a check. I think you have to PM Admin for the address and let him know you would like to send a check. :)

Paypal accounts are free. You could PM Admin to ask about sending a check.

I did request the info, but didn't get any feedback - HOWEVER my email is my work email and the only one I use so needless to say alot of emails I get go to "junk" mail. If someone could PM me the address I would be more than happy to donate. Thanks.

It may take a few days... I'm sure there's a PO box but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Try PMing a moderator.

Thanks - will do. My inital request was done a few months ago when I found this site.

OH poopy...after all that, I didn't put my username in the message box area thing, but I did remember to click 'gift'.

...now what do I do?:thumbdown LOL

I would send admin a pm and let them know what happened.

I do that all the time too, admin is very understanding! Click here to PM admin.

PM Admin with your PP email addy and your YT username so he can put the two together... I did that too! Lol!

I knew exactly what I was supposed to do, but then spaced it when it came to doing it.:p
