Are Pork Skins okay? So I was eating some pork skins today and dropped one and my babies were all over it! I gave them a couple as I figured it wouldn't hurt. They seemed to really love them. So tonight, as soon as I grabbed the bag, they flew to the kitchen wanting more! Are there any health hazards related to them? If not, I think this is going to be an alternative treat for them! Thanks |

Even though some chicharones are "low fat", they are still deep fried in oil, and I would not give any to mine ever. |

Definitely not. Guaranteed pancreatitis, and probably obesity and all of its related health problems. There are much better things you could choose. |

Not only too much fat, but too high in sodium as well. The dogs might seem fine after eating those, but you're playing with fire, as the sodium alone will cause irreparable damage to the kidneys. Sorry, but please don't share those with your babies any more:( Maybe you can share some unseasoned cooked veggies or fruits with them instead;) |
