Scrapbooking for our babies!
 
I was just thinking.....Does anyone scrapbook? It would be neat, if we all started a scrapbook of our babies! We could trade items and ideas with each other. We could even maybe trade scrapbooks with each other, and add our own page of ideas, or just swap them for everyone to see. Or....we could even start a YorkieTalk scrapbook! Someone could start it, then send it to the next member and they add their page, and send it and so on! We could keep it going and going till we have this huge book or books of our babies pictures and stories! I think this would be soo neat to do. Anyone else? MuffinsMom

I made a scrapbook for my mom for her bday! She loves Simon and Hallie so it was full of their pics! I found the pages and accessories at Petsmart and a scrapbooking store here in ALbany! It was my first one and it was OK, of course she LOVED it! What about digital scrapbooking? I just read an article about how you can now make them on the computer? that might be an idea but I don't know how it works!

I LOVE Scrapbooking! :D I made this one of Aria and framed it. I just need to hang it up on my wall. I am planning on making a mini album about her one of these days...

Yeah, that could be an idea. I also dont know how it works. But so far noone is interested I guess, so I will just make my own! :p MuffinsMom

I Have no artistic or creative talent but I wa thinking of trying it. Is is difficult. Is the one from Petsmart for beginners?

I think this is a great idea!!! Maybe if we all could just figure out how to add pics to our posts, it'd work. I for one keep having to enlist Villettes help!!

lol, i am so glad YT exists! i had posted to do pet scrapbooking on another small dog forum, but no one was really interested, so i fiugred maybe i was goin a little overboard with Sirius. but now i dont feel so bad! we should def start a Circle journal- with the theme obviously being our yorkies! if you dont know what a circle journal is, this website can help clarify it a little. let me know whos interested and we can get the ball rolling<33 :hug:

Thank You! I thought I was wierd too, cause noone was responding to this! We could be like The Sisterhood of The Traveling Yorkie Book!!!! We each keep the book for like a week, to give us time to enter our page or two of poems, pictures, letters or whatever. Then we send it off to the next member! So whoever is really interested in this can PM myself or y0rkieL0ver, to get started! MuffinsMom

I've been away since Thanksgiving and YTless. That sounds like a great idea. I'm not a great scrapbooker but I thing a traveling scrapbook sounds like a wonderful idea. Especially since I think I take more pictures of the babies than my kids. :eek:
