I'm In Tears!!! Oh y'all! I'm ready to just break down. Katie Scarlett is sick!!! I noticed yesterday she wasn't as spunky as usual. She vomited once yesterday morning. It was kind of yellowish and bile looking (she hadn't ate). Then she perked up a little and played, ate a bit, and rested a lot yesterday. She slept almost all day. I thought maybe she just got sick cause she hadn't ate or had an upset tummy. She has had no diarhea, peeing/pooing normally. But this morning she woke me up vomiting again and has done so for the past few hours. I just called the vet and they got us in at 3:30. I'm a nervous wreck! She has never been sick and I'm terrified!!! I just wanted to ask you guys to keep us in your prayers. I will keep you posted on what the vet says after we get back. I'm alone today since the hubby had to work and I need a hug and support! Katie Scarlett looks so sad and is shivering. I have the heat set to a comfortable temp, not too cold, not too hot. But she just lays in my arms and makes these little whimpering noises. You can tell she doesn't feel good. :cry8: |
So very sorry to hear that. Hugs to you and Katie. Warm up the car before you take her into the vet and have an old blanket to put on seat in case her tummy is upset when you are driving. Stay focussed on the road. Get to vet safely! |
I hope it is nothing serious and the vet fixes her up real fast. |

Poor little K.S.! Sending prayers right now. Good job for being up and alsert on this and getting her into the vet asap. Let's just hope she has a little tummy bug! |
oh i hope KS feels better poor little baby. u didnt happen to apply any flea meds recentely did you?? Cedric was sick the other night and i break his dose in two and still he got sick same throwing up yellow bile so now the vet said break the dosage app into three as hes so sensitive. Just a thought incase. |

:heart toOh will keep you and KS in my thoughts and prayers. Our Min Pin "Big Red" was allergic to the rabies shot so he had to have a shot of Benadel (sp) 1/2 hour before he got the his shot. (((((((hugs)))))))))))) Keep us informed. |
I hope Katie is okay. is it possible she ate something she shouldn't have? If it get worst before 3:30 don't hesitate to rush her into the vet now as an emergency. It may cost a little more but better safe than sorry. |
Im sorry hopefully its just a little stomach upset and your vet gives you some antinausea meds and shes back to herself soon. Ill be checking for updates. We are all here for you |
Awww, poor baby:cry: I'm so sorry that KS is not feeling well. Hopefully it's just a little tummy upset and she'll be better quickly. Glad the vet was able to fit y'all in today. It's so horrible when these little babies get sick, it's a helpless panicky feeling in my experience. Sending up prayers that baby is better fast and that Momma holds up okay:hands: Hugs!!! |
