Unfortunately no, not in my small town. We don't have a no kill animal shelter... trust me, where I live I'm better with animal control. And if animal control does take her, I will keep an eye on her there too. If they aren't able to find her a good home and have no room for her... then I will take her, and (to avoid my neighbors) I would just look for her a forever home myself. And I just care about the well being of the dog... So I'm offering them the harnest today... Idk if they'll get offended, but I'll take me chances. thanks though!!! :) |

Thank you very much! :D |
I would just a[[roach them, and say I noticed your children walking your new dog. Comment on how cute the dog is. Then say I have an extra harness we don't use any more if you would like it. They tend to be easier on dogs, and they are safer too. Be a friendly helpful neighbor. Stay positive. Avoid the temptation to overload tehm with information. You do not want o be taken as that crazy dog lady. I would try to keep it lowkey. |
Poor dog!! WELL IF YOU DO BORROW THE POOR LITTLE THING & CLEAN IT ALL UP THEY WON'T EVEN KNOW IT'S THEIR DOG. I AM AGAINST STEALING BUT I AM FOR RESCUING. :animal36 |

Ok I will keep this in mind thanks for the advice... They aren't home right now so I'll have to do it later, but I will definitely keep this in mind! |
I could've sworn I told you guys what happened when I went to their house, I guess not. Well they were really sweet people. When I gave them the harnest they were very greatful, and thanked me non stop. They even invited me in (but I declined). I don't know why they treated the dog so poorly before but they don't seem like bad people. & They're using the harnest. AC will be back this weekend.... & the dog hasn't been to the groomers yet. And I don't know if the dog has been to the vet. I will let you guys know what happens. |
