My workout buddy!
 
I usually workout at the gym at work but I've been on vacation and I have been using the workout videos on netflix. Well for some strange reason, Brandi decided she wanted to joined in with me.

I am laying on my stomach stretching doing this kind of swimming exercise (pilates) and she comes right up and gives my kisses right smack dead in the mouth. She then starts playing with my hands with her paws. It was so cute because I am trying to be serious and focus and her she comes wanting to play, bark and excerise too. When she wasn't doing her own little workout, she would just sit and stare and me as if to say "Do you need some help? looks like you kinda struggling there" :p

I don't usually workout at home. This is the first time because I hit the gym 3 times a week at work. So it was really cute and funny to see her being my workout buddy. She had a good day today, a nice long walk and a little pilates. Not bad for any an old lady.:p (me and the furbaby:D)

That is so sweet :) Kinda reminds me of Doga (i think thats what it's called where people do yoga with their dogs

It is so funny My Husband and I were just talking about this today. We are getting a new treadmill thats supposed to be here Friday. My Husband is going to train Chachi to walk on it also since he needs to lose a little weight. So he will be our workout buddy also

That is so cute! They like to be included in everything you do. I can just picture her looking at you and wondering what you were doing.:D

I have to put Rubin in his crate and cover him up. If I am dancing to the oldies, using stretch straps, even floor moves. He barks, whines and climbs on me. Gracie brings me her toys and the pups sit on the sofa and stare or dance with me.

Lol.....more like why are u putting yourself through so much pain? We had a blast. It help get me throug my workout. New routine darn near kick my butt

How funny! I have to crate Chewie if I'm doing a video--he barks and jumps all over me. HOWEVER, this fall I did the couch to 5k running program, and Chewie came with me! It was great to have him along with me.
