I miss my boys Ok...I am pathetic.... My skin kids are 14 and 16... They are off tonight with friends... My hubby and I were invited out for a cookout and drinks so we came... Here I am, everyone having a great time, and I feel horrible for leaving my boys... I can't even seem to have a good time because I miss them so bad.... I need mental help!! Lol!!! Sorry... Just had to vent.... |
So, I will reply to my own thread.... I am headed home (even though we were supposed to stay the night) because I can't stand the thought of my guys being alone all night. Even though, their Mimaw came to ck on them... Just can't do it!!! Goodnight YT!! |
Aww! I understand how you feel. I was at the hospital all day yesterday with my nephew and felt horrible for leaving Lucky alone (came home to a not so nice surprise, but its not his fault). So I know exactly how you feel. My neighbors say when I go out, if even for a quick run to walmart, Lucky is crying and yelping :( I just got him, and he is used to me being here and doesn't like when I go. But if you feel being home would make you feel better, than I say there is nothing wrong with it! Hope you had at least a little fun tonight! :) |

I went out to dinner last night but then turned down doing shopping with one friend and also turned down going to see a movie with yet another....because I'd rather be at home with my pup . |
I know how you feel. You feel so bad for leaving them that you can't stop thinking of them when you are away. I have had someone tell me that it isn't normal to feel this way but that person doesn't have a Yorkie waiting for them when they come in the door. |
I feel exactly the same as all of you :) We tend to go places now where we can take him with us - or don't go!! Even holidays have to be 'dog-friendly'! Hubby's going on his 'work Christmas dinner' in a few Saturday evening's time - I'm not - I'm staying home with Harry and a Chinese delivery and a bottle of wine!! Sally + Harry x |
My Mom is the same way with me and I'm 28! LOL. I have no kids, well except my furbaby, and I know how it feels too. I can't stand to be without her for even a few hours! :) |
OMG I feel so much better...I'm agonizing because I have to go to the grocery store today and can't take her. Hubby is out of town and grocery shopping is usually his job. I love shopping with her but know I can't do the grocery store. She loves going shopping (in her Quiqy bo) but I can't bring myself to shut her in it all the way (don't think she'd cooperate with that anwyay). So if it's a store where she can't have her head sticking out, we can't go in it. Currently weighing the downside of going without food for a week.Yup I need therapy... |

Do you think we can get a group discount rate on our therapy? Count me in too. I just started a new job and a certain furry fellow is extremely mad at me for being away all week. I'm secretly glad my date was cancelled on Saturday. :) I got to spend the whole day with my baby. And today, after church, he has a date with his BFF Missy. :)he's going to be so happy. :):):) |
As you can see by the other 'crazy dog' people you are not alone. Maybe if the world was more like our Yorkies we would fit in better. My Granny said, my heart was too sensitive to live like ordinary people in their mean world. She was right. There is a lot of ugly stuff, I keep out of my home. I would rather be home with PBS tv, a cup of tea, and my Yorkies. |
