Yorkie Splash and shine review I wasn't sure where to put this so I put it here. But this stuff is great!!! I love the smell the way it makes Amara feel. Its awesome. She still has her puppy coat but this stuff was awesome. I really like it. But I think she may have more of a cottony coat. Its my favorite so far. I've tried a couple of shampoos. And I love this one. :D Its awesome. I would recommend anyone at least trying this shampoo. I really would and it organic. :D Maybe a little pricey but I like it. I shall get more for Amara. |
It's my favorite out of all the ones I've tried. I don't mind paying a little more money for something I like. Worth every dime and the fragrance is awesome! |
The smell really was awesome. I loved the way Amara felt and looked. |
It's my favorite for my pup's super soft coat. It doesn't help his hair lay flat or grow nicely, but it does give him some shine. His hair use to look so dull before I switched to this stuff. The best benefit for me, I'm not allergic to it! :D Some of the shampoos the groomers have used on Kaji made me break into a rash, or they were too perfumey witch gave me migraines. This one is perfect! I absolutely love YS&S!!!!! |
I just ordered samples. I love the way Jax smells and feels for days after he's been to the groomer. Our oatmeal shampoo just isn't the same but his skin loves it. I hope this is the ticket! |
I think I read that it is supposed to kind of expand the hair and make the coat a bit fuller. I am going to give Gracie a bath today in it. Have been having problems with oil in her coat lately. The maker of this products says the coat should improve the more you use it and they say a weekly bath should help. Baths are not Gracie's favorite thing but today is her day to shine. I have read several posts from one person who really dislikes this product but I have seen more good reviews than bad and I do prefer shampoo that does not have detergent in it. |

I'm in the market for a new shampoo, even though Jenna doesn't have a fancy coat. I'd like an alternative to the medicated one the vet gave her so she doesn't have to use it every bath. Where could I get samples, please? |
I also would like to kow where to get samples, this sound like a good product |
I use Minksheen during the summer but we are back on Yorkie Splash and Shine now. :) Have you tried the detangler? Yorkie Sheen is the name of it. I must say it is the best!! Here is the website: Yorkie Splash and Yorkie Shine | Yorkie Shampoo and Yorkie Conditioner |

I gave Gracie a bath in the Yorkie Splash and Shine 5 days ago. I also used the conditioner. I was a bit apprehensive about this because of what was described as a waxy feel being present after the first bath. Lately Gracie has been getting an oily coat about 3 days after a bath although her ends were quite dry. The Yorkie Splash and Shine is fantastic. Now at day 5 Gracie is still clean and shinny and she still smells good, too. She has a long silky coat and as I said in the past her ends were quite dry. Her ends have not tangled and they are not dry since using the YS&S. But she is not a bit oily either. I am so impressed that I can hardly wait until her next bath as the maker of this brand says the coat will improve with each washing. I also purchased the spray detangler but have not needed to use it yet. One of the other things I have read about this product is that when you use a normal dog shampoo it tends to take all the oil out of the skin and coat and so the skin will kind of hyper produce oil because of the dryness after the bath. With this natural product the skin and coat get clean but it is not stripped as most shampoos will do. Therefor the skin will not produce the extra oil to replace what is stripped away. I hope that anyone that is on the fence will give it a try. I don't think you will be disappointed. |
Right now Yorkie Sheen is available in the limited holiday edition. I ordered it last year and just put in my order for two bottles. It smells like pumpkin vanilla and is awesome. |
Is the 2.50 price for the sample.? |
