on vacatioooon. i'm so mad at myself, i have forgotten my camera! what kind of photographer forgets their camera! i set it on the couch next to my suitcases and 3 or 4 hours into our 12hr drive i realized... crap where's my camera! so we are in the beautiful town of West Kelowna, BC and it's sunny, warm, and the view is amazing and I have no camera! it's irritating me beyond belief. but we are still here and reading all of our fellow YT'ers posts and looking at pictures. have just been a li'l too busy to comment and keep up with stuff i've posted on :/ Maci met the all the in-laws, and she seems to really love hiking the mountains with her new friend a redXblue heeler. she loves rolling in the soft green grass, and has been doing great with going potty outside instead of on her pad. all is going great here! we are job searching here, so i really hope we find something. Maci and I are extremely happy in the sunny Okanagan! hopefully i can borrow a camera from the BIL next week and snap some shots, we usually have no return planned when we come here so we could be around for quite awhile! |

No cell phone cam then just buy an extra - can get a fairly passable one for about $100.00 and will be well worth it later if you are having a very special trip. Extra camera never hurts anything. |
Oh me! I have done the same thing and left my camera when I needed it. I was thinking use the camera on your phone or buy one of those disposable cameras. You can even get camera's that are smaller to fit perfectly into your purse for reasonable prices now days. I hope you have a great vacay! :) |
Thanks guys! It's funny I had my huge professional camera and lenses, then in that case I threw my point and shoot in as well... so my main camera AND extra camera are back home... silly me. Spending thousands on cameras just to leave them on the couch haha... I think I'll use the BIL's if we go anywhere neat. We already did our mountain hike so that's gone :/ but we'll see what else is in store before we leave! |
