It was a really great thing you did driving all the way there and I'm happy you returned safely. |
You did the best you could to try to save a dog and no one can ask more of a doglover than that! Thank you for having a loving heart. |

Ladyjane, you had my laughing out loud! I live in Ohio and the water seems okay - of course, I live in northern Ohio, not southern Ohio. I think something weird is going on south of Columbus! Maybe those Ohioians should not be drinking the water. LOL :p |
Today when I got home from picking up the rescue I get and e-mail from him that says, hello the dog is still here. I do not believe a word of it. I will be making more phone calls in the morning to get to the bottom of this. |
Be careful !!! Quote:

Good Idea I dont know why I didnt think of that |
You certainly went out off your way to try to save this poor little dog. You should flag the ad and see if he says anything. Very strange situation. Too bad you can't contact someone in this person's area to see what kind of people live there and if it was actually them that placed the ad. |

I'm sorry I'm confused by your last post. He does look very Schnorkie ( salt/pepper mini schnauzer & Yorkie mix) very schnauzer racoons looking-even in a blurry pic...could be griffin or a million others but I've seen numerous Schnorkies resembling dog in pic. There's the pic I saw of Scoobers before getting my Schnorkie-they very drastically ans don't always look especially Yorkie until coat grows out |

Sickening! It is hard to believe people do the things they do! But since i just read in the news about a couple who locked their own son in a rat infested room for years.....I guess it is not that hard to believe someone chained a poor yorkie to tractor trailer rig in cold weather. I just wish we could give like punishment to people who do these things! A little Old Testament atonement is not always a bad idea! Had to come back and add: Even though this is a horrible case of abuse -- it is also a great case of caring! So many are worried about the puppy and one lady drives 2 1/2 hour to try to rescue the pup. Even though it has not gotten a positive outcome yet, the caring will win eventually! So, there are more positives here than negatives! :D |
