Question for the Boys
 
If you are getting a blanket for a boy Yorkie, is animal print ok or not? Like a tiger print with red on the back? Have a friend with a boy and a girl Yorkie. She gets pink and I was thinking Tiger for him. What do you think?

I love leopard for my boy- so I think animal print is fine- so far he has not complained either :)

I asked my boyfriend cause I would paint his claws if my boyfriend would let me so I'm the worst person to ask. hahah My boyfriend said that wouldn't be too bad. He even said zebra print with black on the back would be nice as well. Personally, dogs don't know what is gender-related so if I could put bows in his hair, I definitely would hahha

I like animal prints for boys :) Couv has a giraffe print harness with black.

Wonderful!!! I thought Tiger would be cute! I got my girls Leopard with red. I love love animal print! So, I was hoping I wasn't putting my girl instincts into a boy gift! :D

Um, tell your boyfriend that they make bows specifically for boys! I say you buy bows if you want to! :) To the OP, I think animal prints are absolutely fine! Tiger print with red on the back would be awesome! :thumbup:

I think leopard print is fine too...haha I made Bogie a leopard print fake fur bed and did the underside out of black velvet so it is reversible. Jada lays on it all the time and he prefers her pink bed:D Go figure:p

If the human likes animal print, then it's fine. I like prints with paws, little boy stuff, and solids. But then again, I don't like the animal prints, not even for me.

Now I got tiger print blankets and I love them. For beds though I have gotten leopard but my cats took them over. I get animal prints because it matches the decor in my house

Me too! :) Cream + beige for us (my daughter calls it 'Harry's range'!!!). When we first brought him home though, I did succumb to a baby blue blankie with little lemon ducks on though....!!! :dogzzz:Sally + Harry x
