Dont you just love it... When no matter what your Yorkie wakes up in a good mood. I wish I could be like my dog!! It amazes me! Given sometimes Pnut doesn't want to get out of bed, totally understandable!! LoL but when he does he is so happy! I love how he does 3-60's when he realizes he is getting breakfast, and how he runs back in the house from going to the bathroom, and how he hops around like a bunny! I would say in the morning time is the best time for Peanut and I... Whats yours? |
Yes! I was never a morning person until Max came into my life. Now I can't be grouchy, even when I try :p, when I wake up to my happy furbutts. Even when they are occasionally naughty and wake me up by barking at the window. Mornings and evenings are good: they live for their walks. Peanut is a spinner? Teddy is too! :) |

lol, Jaxon is a snoozer!:D My alarm goes off in the morning and I hit the snooze and get him from his crate and put him in bed with me. He stretches and yawns and snuggles right up to me. Then alarm goes off again and a I hit the snooze for the second time and same this he just snuggles in. But when the alarm goes off for the third time he knows it's time to get up! He jumps up and does his little spin and paws at me as if to say "Ok mommy it's time!" It's so funny how he knows. I used to hate mornings before Jaxon. |

Jackson is REALLY slow moving in the mornings... he prefers to sleep in, lounge around, stretch a while.... ha ha! Just like his Mommy I guess ;) But I can truly say I wake up with a smile EVERY morning when I turn over and see him sprawled out next to me... sooo freakin' adorable! He's not a huge cuddler so it always "warms my heart" when I see him curled in all close to me. |
1 Attachment(s) I love how Yogi will sit on my chest and snuff my face softly and then take one of his big, soft, bear paws and gently pat my cheek. "Momma, is youz awake? Momma?" And then when I open my eyes and say good morning to him, he'll flop himself down on me and wiggle his way under my chin. "Mornin' Momma! Iz luvz you! Can wez has breakfast now?" My sweet Yogi Attachment 353933 I'm really happy that Gracie Ruth and Yogi are finally to the age where they'll "sleep in" to 7:00a.m. now. Saturdays are so much more enjoyable. :p I think Boo and Bonnie would sleep until noon, if I stayed in the bed with them. |
It is funny because we have 5 cats and 2 yorkies and the morning is definitely their favorite time because my husband gives them some canned food for Breakfast. When they see him come down they all start gathering in the kitchen. |
Geno tries cuddling up to me no matter where I am or what I'm doing. I could be sitting on the floor, using my laptop on the ottoman, and the little guy will take a little nap right next to me on the floor. Daddy obviously gets jealous but baby loves his mommy! :) :animal-pa |
My b/f and I totally agree it's impossible to wake up in a bad mood with Ozzy the first thing we see when we wake up. He's always so freaking cute!! He loves to sleep and cuddles up to my b/f all night, and my b/f loves that. I get snuggles after my b/f leaves for work. We both have the "warm fuzzies" all day long thanks to Oz. |

Yes!! I Always wake with a Smile.... Riley comes and lays on my chest and I pet him up and down his little body... then I roll over onto my side and roll him along with me.... After that, he wants me Up... and if I don't get up right away I'll take my hand and go toward him... and he will spin on the bed!! It is sooo Cute! He will also sometimes spin when I come home and he is excited.... or when he is excited to eat. I also taught him to to Circles... was one of the first things I taught him. He Is Such A JOY!! :) |
Harley is only a morning doggie when he wants to be.. Usually I stroll out of bed, I walk past his room and go straight to the bathroom, this gives me a chance to gauge how he feels today I'll say morning to wake him up... Once I've woken up I come back and if he's in a good mood he's jumped up on his leather chair in his room, and is smiling at me..or has his head flopped down pretending he's still asleep. If he wants to sleep in he'll stay in bed and ever so slightly move his ear when I talk. I can open his curtains turn the light on, get the food dish and walk away, and he'll keep his eyes closed, only twitching one ear. Then once I leave the room he gets up stretches and goes on his own terms to his food dish. So silly. |
